Abstract: The present invention relates in particular to the refurbishment of automotive or similar vehicular door hinges or the refurbishment of worn hinges in general Automotive door hinges specifically for "F" Body vehicles manufactured by General Motors and generally for automotive door hinges originally constructed as non-repairable riveted assemblies are subject to load related elongation of hinge bushing apertures thereby causing doors to sag. The present disclosure is of a kit permitting the repair of worn hinges without replacement of the entire hinge assembly and the method of repair.
