Abstract: A storage device has a rectangular base member which includes a substantially flat floor and four sockets arranged perpendicularly thereto with a free internal cross-section, in each of which is releasably received a supporting rod in the form of a hollow profile. The external cross-section, which corresponds to the internal cross-section of the sockets, is for holding storage platforms. Each of the sockets is configured to include first and second centering structures.
