  • Patent number: 7635517
Abstract: The invention includes fabrics that have been dyed or finished with a dye that contains a conductive mixture of conductive organic materials, inorganic materials, metals, metal oxides, carbon and carbon nanotubes or combinations or mixtures thereof. The dye is used to finish a fabric such that it is conductive. These fabrics are useful in shielding law enforcement personnel from energy weapons discharge and in providing an electrostatic medium for personnel that work with static sensitive products. The fabrics, when appropriately grounded, dissipate the emitted charge and transmit it to ground. Additionally, the apparel has high wear resistance and is both thermally and electrically conductive yet is comfortable to wear.

  • Patent number: 6779334
Abstract: An engine has a piston with plural end faces that compresses combustible mixtures on both sides of the piston and in each end of a closed cylinder containing the piston. The cylinders are fully enclosed with provision for a power takeoff rod to pass therethrough. Each instant closed cylinder with the dual end faced piston can produce power with each and every single stroke of its reciprocating travel. Multiple power generating methods are disclosed, as is a Hybrid type engine utilizing at least two of the multiple methods in a plurality of cylinders.

  • Patent number: 5092001
Abstract: Portable bathing apparatus for infants is disclosed. The bathing apparatus is primarily intended to be locatable at the height of the rim of a conventional bathtub and positioned such that the child is positioned in a semi-sitting position along the longitudinal length of the bathtub. With the infant bathing apparatus in place, sufficient room exists within the bathtub so that an adult may simultaneously bath with the child. Extendable appendages at the side thereof allow the bathing apparatus to fit across the rim of the bathtub. In another embodiment of the infant bathing apparatus, legs which may comprise the repositioned appendages may be fitted to and extend from the underside of the bathing apparatus to form an elevated bathing device which fits within the bathtub.

  • Patent number: 4604499
Abstract: A "state of the art" Computer Security Processor (CSP) is disclosed to stop the "hacker" (a person who enjoys computers as a hobby) by making it virtually impossible to "break into" (a term meaning to falsely gain access to) a computer. A processor is disclosed comprising two units, a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter sends a special code over the telephone line to the receiver which recognizes a correct or a fraudulent code and then allows access to the host computer provided the code is correct. The unit uses special frequencies other than Touch Tone.RTM., and additionally boasts a wide variety of security codes numbering 8.sup.10 power. These codes can be changed as often as desired. The unit is lightweight, small, and has a low power drain, yet is extremely effective. The transmitter is self-contained and fully portable. The receiver uses normal 120 VAC current and is also portable. Both these units can be built in small housings.
