Abstract: An improved water management system capable of application upon existing surfaces or beneath grade of existing surfaces comprising a system of enclosing borders, a first layer of a geocomposite drainage means covered with a water pervious geosynthetic filter fabric. A second layer of resilient material is placed above the first layer and said second layer is of sufficient depth to provide support or cushion for the user as required. Said second layer of resilient material terminates near the upper surface of the enclosing borders.

Abstract: An improved plant support device includes means for folding and/or disassembly for storage and comprises an anchor angle for added support. The improved plant support can be used in spaced apart multiples with additional supports therebetween. One form includes a translucent cover means to define a hot house type structure.

Abstract: Special garments for the disabled and infirm are provided with a front and back portion to enclose a portion of a person wherein the front is comprised of an inner front portion and a removable outer front portion. The inner front portion of the garment includes an outer face of a selected design and material having a fastening means disposed about a selected area thereon. The outer front portion comprises an outer face of design and material matched with the selected design and material of the outer face of the inner front portion and an inner face which is fluid resistant and includes a fastening means about an area matched with the selected area of the inner front portion, designed to align and cooperate with the first fastening means to releasably attach together the outer face of the inner front portion and the inner face of the outer front portion forming a removable bib-like portion which matches the garment portion.

Abstract: A puzzle-type amusement device comprises a novel structural combination of a rigid support member, a plurality of rigid, headed, elongated balance members, and a planar storage member which carries a base protruding therefrom. A method for using such elements includes disposing a first end of the support member in the base, interweaving balance members and balancing the interwoven structures on the support member.

Abstract: A game and method of playing same which comprises a plurality of game members and a playing board, is provided such that a number of the game members are used to form a free-stading structure and a remaining game member is used to remove all game members in the structure from the playing board simultaneously without causing any of the members to fall. The game and method of playing is designated to be a game of skill capable of solution within a given time limit.
