Abstract: A co-extrusion method for making a blown-film textured liner having a textured surface to provide improved soil gripping properties and smooth untextured edges for improving the integrity of the joint between adjacent liner sheets.
Abstract: An apparatus for storing a certain garments in a twisted manner when drying or not being worn to produce a desired appearance when worn. The apparatus consists of a helical structural frame having a top and bottom and a longitudinal axis therebetween with a pitch large enough to permit portions of a garment to be manually forced and twisted between aligned and spaced-apart segments of the frame.
Abstract: A simple, inexpensive apparatus for dispensing powdered or granulated material includes a container, a tight-fitting, removable container top, and a conventional blower, such as a leaf blower. The intake of the blower is connected to a container outlet tube. The two described embodiments include arrangements of air inlet orifices, air inlet tubes, and air control doors to control the concentration of the air/material mixture discharged from the blower discharge nozzle.
Abstract: A protected platform isolates its user from crawling insects. The platform has a central tarp area sized to comfortably accommodate the user. Around the periphery of the tarp is a raised boundary. A tape is attached to this boundary so that it presents an adhesive surface to any crawling insect attempting to traverse the boundary. The adhesive surface is downwardly disposed to protect it from debris or grass. The boundary can inflatable and can also contain foam to add rigidity.
Abstract: A blown-film textured liner having a textured surface to provide improved soil gripping properties and smooth untextured edges for improving the integrity of the joint between adjacent liner sheets. The textured liner can be used to protect soil from waste products.
Abstract: A device that automatically repeats a prerecorded message for training a bird to mimic the message. The device is sized such that it may be attached to a bird cage by adjustable clips. The device electronically records and stores a message spoken by the user and plays back the message through a speaker for the bird at intervals determined by a timer. A user may record any type of message that the user wishes for the bird to learn. The message may be of variable length up to 60 seconds in duration. The user may select a delay interval between one second and thirty minutes by utilization of the timer. Once the user activates the play-back, the device will play the prerecorded message at a selected volume, automatically repeating in intervals equal to that selected by the user. Thereafter, the device will continue to repeat the prerecorded message at the selected interval until the user deactivates the device.
