Abstract: A grooved-stile shutter has a shutter frame with elongated stiles, inserts, louver end caps and louvers. The stiles define grooves disposed along opposite facing stile edges. The elongated inserts are installed into the stile grooves. The louver end caps rotatably mount along the inserts. The louvers removably mount to the louver end caps within the shutter frame. In this manner, the louvers can be individually removed and replaced without disassembly of the assembled shutter frame.

Abstract: A real estate disclosure reporting method identifies a condition category, creates a disclosure form and lists items of disclosure on a disclosure form. The items of disclosure relate to the condition category. The reporting method also researches a particular property to determine known items of disclosure, indicates the known items of disclosure on the disclosure form and generates a report of the known items of disclosure.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for estimating a location of pulmonary and aortic components of second heart sounds of a patient over an interval. The method comprises the steps of producing an electronic representation of heart sounds of the patient over the interval, identifying at least one second heart sound in the interval using the electronic representation, for each identified second heart sound generating an estimated value for a location of the aortic component and the pulmonary component. There is also included a method for using the estimated location of the aortic component and the pulmonary component for estimation of the blood pressure in the pulmonary artery of a patient.
