Abstract: A tray assembly for use with a child's booster seat in an automobile, the booster seat having a back and a pair of sides, each side having a side top, the tray assembly including a foam tray and an anchoring strap. The foam tray is made of a continuous piece of foam rubber which is covered by cloth. The foam tray has a forward portion having a cutout for accommodating the child, the cutout defining a pair of wings. The anchoring strap includes an elastic portion and a pair of anchoring pins. A pair of anchoring holes are located in the wings of the foam tray to accommodate the anchoring pins of the anchoring strap. In use, the foam tray is positioned upon the side tops of the booster seat, the anchoring strap is extended around the booster seat, and the anchoring pins are mated with the anchoring holes to thereby hold the tray securely in place upon the sides of the booster seat, immediately above the child's lap.
Abstract: A visor cap, having a bill, a forehead shield having sides, an adjustable strap attached to and extending between the forehead shield sides, and a non-elastic sleeve. The adjustable strap extends through the non-elastic sleeve and has a relaxed position having a relaxed position length such that when in the relaxed position the non-elastic sleeve abuts the forehead shield sides. The adjustable strap has a pair of display panels adjacent to the forehead shield sides, and an elastic strap extending between the display panels. When the cap is donned by a wearer, the adjustable sleeve stretches to accommodate the head of the wearer, creating temple openings between the non-elastic sleeve and the forehead shield sides, revealing the display panels. When the cap is removed by the wearer, the elastic band returns to the relaxed position and the non-elastic sleeve once again abuts the forehead shield sides—substantially concealing the display panels.
Abstract: A golf training system for training a golfer to swing a golf club using his/her shoulders rather than wrists, by using a device having a sleeve for attaching onto the golf club and a stop arm pivotally attached to and extending from the sleeve. The golf club has a handgrip and the sleeve has a sleeve bore for extending over the handgrip and tightening thereon. A stop arm has a maximum upward angle which is adjustable with an adjustment mechanism. When the golfer grasps the golf club with a leading arm, the leading arm wrist is prevented from moving by the stop arm engaging the leading arm forearm. When the golf club is grasped with the hand of the trailing arm, the trailing arm wrist is also prevented from pivoting. Accordingly, the golfer has no choice but to use his/her shoulders to execute a swing.
Abstract: A hamburger patty making system including a housing having a central aperture extending therethrough. The housing has a channel extending inwardly thereof in communication with the central aperture. A press is coupled with respect to the housing. The press includes a handle portion having a first end and a second end. The first end is hingedly coupled with the housing. The press includes an upper container portion disposed over the central aperture of the housing in a lowered orientation. A lower container portion is removably received within the central aperture of the housing. The lower container portion includes a cup portion adapted for being seated within the central aperture. The cup portion has an open upper end and a closed lower end. The closed lower end has a central opening therethrough. A piston is removably coupled with respect to the lower container portion. The piston includes an upper circular plate. The plate is seated on the closed lower end of the cup portion.
Abstract: A billiard type game system for playing a billiard type game on a game table. The game table has a table top which is defined by rails, consecutively numbered vertical pockets extending through the table top, a corresponding bumper for each pocket, and sets of color coded numbered balls. The pockets are scattered around the table top and are located away from the rails. Each pocket has a bumper positioned adjacent to the pocket, and an indicator also positioned adjacent to each pocket. The indicators serve as starting points from which the balls are hit across the table top towards the next consecutively numbered appropriate pocket. The object of the game is to the sink each of the balls of a player into the appropriate pockets according to a specified order.
Abstract: A universal anchor bolt template including a plate member having a square configuration. The plate member has planar upper and lower surfaces. The plate member has a plurality of apertures therethrough arranged in at least one group of four radial aperture lines. The apertures are spaced along each of the aperture lines in the group at corresponding distances, such that the use of corresponding apertures allows the anchoring bolts to be positioned in a square configuration with a selected center-to-center distance. Each of the apertures is surrounded by at least one concentric knock-out for allowing the apertures to be enlarged for the use of larger anchoring bolts than could be accommodated by the apertures.
Abstract: A cigarette package with incorporated matches including a container dimensioned for containing a quantity of cigarettes therein. The container has an open upper end, a closed lower end, a front wall, a rear wall, and opposed side walls. The front wall has a lower front foldable cover with a flap. The rear wall has a cover member foldably secured thereto for selectively covering the open upper end. One of the opposed side walls has a match striking surface disposed thereon upwardly of the closed lower end. A match protector is layered between the front inside wall of the container and the matches providing space for the lightable match tips and for container rear wall cover member to uniformly close upon. An upper set of matches are removably coupled with the front wall of the protective insert downwardly of the open upper end. Each of the upper set of matches has a lightable tip. A lower set of matches are removably coupled with the front wall of the container downwardly of the upper set of matches.
Abstract: A thread restraining device for bobbins including an elongated body portion having a generally rectangular configuration. The body portion has long opposed side edges, a first end, and a second end. The body portion has a plurality of linearly aligned apertures therethrough in a spaced relationship extending a length thereof. A locking protrusion extends outwardly of the first end of the body portion. The locking protrusion is engagable with one of the apertures once the body portion is disposed in a wrapped orientation.
