Abstract: A donation system that would encourage registered individuals to make small contributions to a charity or political campaign (or cause of their choice) as well as facilitate the process of doing so. The system provides a central location for all donation activity and works as a “contribution bundler” to empower those otherwise disempowered in the political marketplace. The system also acts as a “Civic Marketplace” that gives citizens a central location to turn to for civic information. The system provides safety features for registered users.

Abstract: An identification verification system designed to prevent identity theft and financial fraud. Individuals are given or select identification codes which replace the commonly used social security numbers (SSNs). In order to access an individual's credit report or other financial records or open a credit account, the individual's identification code must be provided. Individuals, therefore, no longer have to provide their SSN in order to verify their identity. An individual's identity is verified only if the identification code submitted by the individual matches their identification code as found in a database. Individuals may choose to have their identification codes automatically changed periodically, or may choose to change their identification codes themselves as often as they wish. Identification codes are preferably changed upon each access to the individual's credit report or credit account opening.

Abstract: A power failure alarm for use in sounding a warning in the occasion of a power failure, with built in electrical connectors, and a temporary source of light. The device is housed in a molded plastic enclosure in a rectangular shape and includes an emergency light, night-light, flashlight, and power failure alarm. All unit functions are completely automatic once the unit has been plugged into a standard 120 volt receptacle. The device has a three prong male plug on the back of the body and is designed to occupy one receptacle of a duplex receptacle thus leaving one receptacle still available for use. Alternate embodiments of the device are specifically intended to alert and notify the user of a power failure. The device utilized logic circuitry to determine if a power failure or improper setup has occurred. The battery charging and monitoring circuits ensure the batteries are always charged and ready for use.

Abstract: A system for climbing pets, particularly cats, featuring an expandable rod and an array of wall supports, platforms and accessories. The expandable rod is the only direct connection to a wall while the wall supports are suspended from the expandable rod and the platforms are secured to the wall supports. Accessories such as toys and food/water bowls may be snapped into place on the platform surface via complimentary securing elements. The platforms can be placed at various elevations so that a cat can play, sleep, eat, scratch and avoid other animals in the house in a secure and designated environment.

Abstract: A changing table that is secured to most types of conventional baby carriages. The changing table is deployed from a fixed position on the baby carriage to take into account the proper weight, size and space requirements necessary to change a small child. When the changing table is not in use, it may be retracted and ultimately stowed into the baby carriage in an unobtrusive position. In this manner, the changing table becomes a useful, mobile alternative to those people who typically must seek out a safe, clean and adequate surface to change their small children.

Abstract: The present invention provides a new and improved domain name searching method and system which comprises steps selected from the group consisting of (1) downloading all zone files, public and/or non-public, associated with one or more host names; (2) performing reverse DNS on IPs associated with said host names in associated root servers and name servers; (3) crawling websites associated with said host names and seeking new hosts on known websites in different TLDs; (4) indexing all new host names found; (5) resolving the associated IP address with each host name, and with optionally appending “www” thereby; (6) storing DNS entries and indexing same while logging their association with host names; (7) repeating any of steps (1) through (6) one or more times.

The information is transmitted to a secure server where it is stored. A user may then utilize a computing device via secure online means to gain access to his or her stored documents.

Abstract: A theft protection method and promotion system for audio media for providing a secure and irreversible way to protect audio containing media content, while supplying an enhanced promotional potential. The inventive device includes a proposed process for the preparation and digital conversion of initial unprotected audio media, a method for producing an irreversibly encrypting waveform to be embedded into audio media, a method for producing a waveform that audibly nullifies the encrypting waveform, a process for the down-sampling and encoding of protected material, and a distribution and promotion system that provides a means by which an end user can access and interact with the protected material.

Abstract: A mechanism for placing a hand operated rear-wheel brake lever of a motorcycle on the left handlebar of the motorcycle. A steel wire is routed from the right foot brake pedal by an extension to a small lever found under the clutch hand lever on the left handlebar. When the lever is pulled inward, the wire pulls the right foot brake pedal up, activating the hydraulically operated braking system of the motorcycle's rear wheel without the rider having to use his/her right foot. Riders who engage in racing or who are traveling at high speeds have greater precision in their ability to brake the rear wheel of their vehicle.

Abstract: A device that fits inside a transport pod communicating with the slots of the transport pod so that the device can be inserted and removed from the transport pod. The transport pods are for silicon wafers. The device has sensors that monitor the environment within the transport pod. Depending on the device's size, silicon wafers may be able to accompany the device so that the device can monitor the precise environment the silicon wafers are exposed to while inside the transport pod. The device may also be placed in a transport pod and run through the manufacturing process as one transport pod in a series. The results on the environmental monitoring can be used for alarms and monitoring or data logging to improve the yield of the silicon wafers.

Abstract: A personal rain protection device that enhances traditional umbrella qualities through the use of an unobtrusive slicker that can be deployed to protect a wearer's entire backside from getting wet. The slicker is securely stowed in a holding pocket located within the umbrella canopy. Upon deployment of the slicker, the slicker solidly covers the backside of a wearer. Light weights contained within the fabric of the slicker help stabilize the slicker and prevent it from flailing. In this manner, a wearer may tread through driving rain with added protection and also sit comfortably on a wet bench, bleacher or chair where a deployed slicker will protect his or her backside from the moisture.
