Abstract: A heat exchanger for forced air circulation ovens, particularly for baking foods, of the type that comprise two chambers, a baking chamber and a heat exchange chamber, between which at least one fan circulates air. The exchanger comprises a burner and, in an upward region, coupling connectors that have an oval profile and are inserted in corresponding complementarily shaped straight vertical tubes that end in an upper manifold. The end portion of each one of the vertical tubes is surrounded by an interspace formed by a portion of tube that connects the heat exchange chamber to the manifold.
Abstract: A method for feeding automatically metal profiles in bar form entails gripping a group of the metal profiles from a magazine for collecting the profiles and transferring the group of metal profiles or their end to a raised position. The raised metal profiles are arranged on a movable transfer device provided with means for separating the metal profiles, at which the initial portion of a preset number of metal profiles to be fed to the machine at each work cycle is conveyed transversely and counted. The metal profiles are transferred, in the counted number, at receiving elements of the machine, while the excess metal profiles are unloaded inside the collection magazine.
Abstract: A bar guiding device in a feeder for feeding a machine tool, composed of two elements that have respective slots and can move with respect to each other between an open position, which allows insertion of a bar between them, and a mutually adjacent position, at which the slots form a longitudinal channel for advancement of a bar to be fed to the machine tool by way of a bar pusher connected to an actuation chain that is external to the channel by means of a bridge that is guided through regions where the elements mate, the regions being in mutual contact, so as to close the channel, and undergoing elastic deformation in order to allow passage of the bridge between them.

Abstract: A self-adjusting braking device for weft feeders, comprising a frustum-shaped braking body that acts on a thread, is suspended elastically in front of the drum of the feeder and is pushed into elastic tangent contact with the drum along an exit circumference of the drum. The braking body has, at a larger-diameter region thereof designed to make contact with the drum, a discontinuous annular contact element, with a plurality of through slits which are arranged so as to be equidistant and delimit a row of contact laminas.

Abstract: Method and device for resetting the position of pins in trays with pins for supporting objects to be clad inside presses, comprising a tray arranged on a substantially horizontal plane and in which there are multiple receptacles having a substantially vertical axis, each receptacle accommodating a pin provided with a head protruding from the upper face of the tray. The pins form with their heads a supporting surface for the lower face of the object to be placed in the press. Each pin has elastic means that keep the pin in a raised position and are flexible so as to allow the pin to pass from the raised position to a lowered position or vice versa. The method consists in making the tray slide along a resetting surface having, along its extension, a region raised with respect to a plane that is parallel to the plane of arrangement of the tray.

Abstract: A device for smoothening the unwinding from the cylinder of the loops of yarn of the weft reserve in weft suppliers for fluid jet looms, is described. The device comprises a pneumatic device capable of subjecting the yarn to a fluid flow, such as an air stream, having at least one motion component directed in the running direction of the yarn. The flow, independently from the dimensional and superficial characteristics of the yarn, maintains the latter constantly under mechanical tension, so that the slackening of the loops wound on the terminal portion of the cylinder of the supplier is prevented.
