Abstract: Electronic equipment of the present invention having a display panel includes a protection plate that is opposed to an opposite surface of a display surface of the display panel and is substantially parallel to the opposite surface of the display surface of the display panel. According to this configuration, when a pressure is applied to the display panel from outside, the display panel can be suppressed from being deformed, whereby the strength of the display panel with respective to an external pressure can be enhanced.
Abstract: In the high-frequency module of the present invention, an insulating resin is formed so as to seal a high-frequency semiconductor element mounted on a surface of a substrate and further to seal electronic components. Furthermore, a metal thin film is formed on the surface of the insulating resin. This metal thin film provides an electromagnetic wave shielding effect.
