Abstract: Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is 1 or 2, R.sub.1 is hydrogen, --CO--R.sub.2 or --SO.sub.2 R.sub.3,R.sub.2 is hydrogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or (alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms)amino, andR.sub.3 is alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms,and non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds as well as their salts are useful as bronchospasmolytics.

Abstract: Novel preformed, laminated plastic panels as semi-finished products comprising a plurality of individual laminated thermoplastic layers or thermoplastic layers arranged in partly differing orientations reinforced with unidirectionally preoriented short fibers comprising 20 to 80% of the layer volume, said laminate capable of being molded and/or deep drawn by hot pressing and/or hot molding at 70.degree. to 400.degree. C. and at a pressure of approximately 40 bar.

The compounds as well as their salts are useful as antidepressants.

The compounds as well as their salts are useful as anti-ulcerogenics.

Abstract: This invention is directed to a method for the non-contact application of letters or symbols to the exterior surfaces of uncoated tablets or uncoated tablet cores, which comprises dotting color solution or suspension by means of an ink-jet printer in specific quantity in the form of discrete droplets of specific volume onto the exterior surfaces of the uncoated tablets or uncoated tablet cores.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for growing cell cultures of diploid cells. The process comprises the steps of(a) introducing cell culture medium into a container containing cell support prepared by applying to glass or polysaccharide base support a solution of thermosetting plastic material comprising the reaction product of an aldehyde with a polyvinyl alcohol and then subjecting said support thus-coated to the effect of heat under sufficient conditions to permit hardening of said thermosetting plastic material and the sterilization of the thus-coated support;(b) adding human or animal diploid cells to the culture medium of step (a) to form a cell-containing culture medium; and(c) maintaining the cell-containing culture medium of step (b) under cell growth conditions.
