  • Patent number: 7452596
Abstract: A polyvinyl chloride-based fiber of the present invention is a fiber formed with a vinyl chloride resin composition that comprises (a) 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, and (b) 0.2 to 20 parts by weight of crosslinked vinyl chloride resin in which a weight fraction of constituents that are insoluble in tetrahydrofuran is 18 to 45% and a viscosity average degree of polymerization of constituents that are soluble in tetrahydrofuran is 500 to 1800, in which a cross-sectional shape of the fiber comprises a combination of at least two of circles, ellipses, and parabolas. When this fiber is used as artificial hair, it is possible to provide style changeability without impairing matte properties and touch of the vinyl chloride-based fiber. Furthermore, the fiber of the present invention can be produced stably by melt-spinning, and thus an industrial advantage also is provided.

  • Patent number: 7255450
Abstract: The present invention provides a small projection type display apparatus capable of suppressing an optical path of incident light and an optical path of output light in a reflection type light valve from being overlapped with each other and obtaining a projected image of high quality; a rear projector and a multi-vision system using the same. The lens element 5 is composed of one piano-convex lens, and is placed between the reflection type light valve and the projection lens system with a convex surface directed to the projection lens system. The illumination light passes through the lens element to illuminate the reflection type light valve, and the modulated light output from the reflection type light valve passes through the lens element to be incident upon the projection lens system.

  • Patent number: 7126169
Abstract: The present invention provides a semiconductor element in which the field-effect transistor and the Schottky diode are arranged such that a depletion layer stemming from the Schottky diode is superimposed on a depletion layer stemming from a junction between a second conductivity type semiconductor constituting the field-effect transistor and a drift region (first conductivity type semiconductor) in an off-state. Furthermore, the present invention provides a semiconductor element in which the field-effect transistor and the Schottky diode are arranged so that a second conductivity type semiconductor other than the second conductivity type semiconductor constituting the field-effect transistor is not interposed between the electric field effect transistor and the Schottky diode. According to preferable embodiments of the present invention, the reverse recovery time due to a parasitic diode can be reduced by providing the Schottky diode such that the element area of the semiconductor element is not increased.
