  • Patent number: 7116016
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a simple, inexpensive linear actuator which is capable of controlling the displacement of the movable body by regulating the amount of electric energy applied without the necessity of detecting the displacement of the movable body with a displacement sensor or controlling the displacement of the movable body by feedback control in response to the detected value.

  • Patent number: 7047993
Abstract: In a valve chest of the pilot switching valve, a positive pressure chamber and a negative pressure chamber are formed on opposite sides of a valve spindle making a reciprocating motion in the valve chest due to repulsion by a return spring, and by connecting a positive pressure source for feeding a positive pilot pressure to the positive pressure chamber, and a negative pressure source for feeding a negative pilot pressure to the negative pressure chamber, the pilot switching valve has the configuration such that displacement of the valve spindle takes place against the urging of the return spring and connection among respective ports in the pilot switching valve can be switched only when pilot pressures from the positive pressure source and the negative pressure source are fed into the positive pressure chamber, and the negative pressure chamber, respectively where a malfunction of a switching valve is prevented.

  • Patent number: 7047812
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to almost completely prevent relative rotation between a pressure gauge and valve main bodies. A gear D is fixed to a pressure gauge guide connected to the pressure gauge. A gear A having the same axis as the gear D is fixed to the valve bodies. A support shaft is rotatably inserted into an insertion hole at a non-center position of a bottom portion of a pressure adjustment guide. Gears C, B fixed to both ends of the support shaft are engaged with the gears D, A. The pressure gauge does not rotate relative to the valve main bodies when a handle is rotated.

  • Patent number: 7013614
Abstract: A binding machine is provided having a base member with a bifurcated shape in the front side thereof, into which an item can be inserted; a tie feed mechanism that feeds out a tie-like member of a predetermined length in the width direction of the base member so as to transverse an opening formed between the bifurcations of the base member; a tie guide mechanism having a pair of tie guide members capable of moving respectively in the substantially front/rear direction of the base member at the side areas of the opening thereby to press the front end side and the fed-out end side of the tie-like member toward the rear side by the respective front end portions, and a guide mechanism that guides each tie guide member toward the rear side substantially parallel to the opening, and turns the respective front end portions around toward the rear side of the opening thereby to make the respective front end portions closer to each other at the rear side of the opening; and a tying mechanism, provided at the rear side

  • Patent number: 7011295
Abstract: A vacuum regulating valve is capable of precisely controlling the flow of a fluid so that the flow rate may increase gradually in an initial stage of a valve opening operation. The vacuum regulating valve includes a valve casing having a valve chamber and provided with a first opening connected to a vacuum vessel and a second opening connected to a vacuum pump, a valve seat, a valve element seated on the valve seat, a valve stem connected to the valve element, a bellows sealing the valve stem therein, and a baffle member attached to the back surface of the valve element and surrounding the bellows. The baffle member is formed in an axial length such that the baffle member is able to cover the second opening entirely when the valve element is seated on the valve seat.
