    Abstract: This invention provides a system and apparatus for treating neurally responsive conditions by use of a novel combined waveform in combination with, and preferably modulated onto, a gigaTENS waveform administered to a patient. This modulated combined waveform can also be administered synchronously or asynchronously with a conventional mono- or bipolar spiked waveform, useful for TENS applications and/or for stimulatory input to the patient.
