Abstract: A method of domain selection for routing control, applied to a communication system including a Circuit Switched (CS) network and an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) includes: obtaining call status(es) of a user in any one or both of the CS network and the IMS; selecting a domain via which an incoming call is to be delivered according to the call status(es) upon receiving a routing decision query request from a routing decision query entity, and indicating the routing decision query entity to deliver the incoming call via the CS network or the IMS selected. The method provided by embodiments of the present invention selects the domain according to the call status(es) of the user in any one or both of the CS network and the IMS. Therefore, the problem that two calls are respectively delivered via the CS network and the IMS at the same time may be avoided.
Abstract: A method for adjusting data rate in a network is disclosed. In the method, when a device is added to the network, a data rate controlling parameter is configured, and when there is a new service or the requirements of a service have been changed, the data rate will be adjusted by modifying the data rate controlling parameter of a source device and/or a transfer device. Therefore, the fairness among these devices would be guaranteed, and the congestion over the network would be mitigated. The present invention also discloses a wireless communication system, a data rate adjusting device, and a topologic server.

Abstract: A hot spot device includes an embedded processing module, a network connection module, and a terminal connection module. The embedded processing module controls the network connection module to connect to Internet, and also controls the network connection module to communicate with the terminal connection module. The terminal connection module includes a station (STA) chip and a first antenna. The STA chip receives from the embedded processing module data information obtained from the Internet through the network connection module, processes the data information, and transmits the data information to a certain area through the first antenna, so as to realize wireless signal coverage in the area.
