Abstract: A portable, battery powered spray applicator car wash device capable of holding and dispensing liquid cleansers and waxes for rubbing into the body and windows of a vehicle, thereby enabling complete and portable mobile washing and cleaning services and complete detailing of a vehicle without the use of water.

Abstract: Provided is a weighted cable resistance apparatus, primarily for rehabilitation and therapy, and equally effective for recreational exercising. A frame with a perpendicularly attached seat form a rigid structure. The structure is supported on leveling screws or lockable casters for transport to bed-confined patients. Dead weights within the frame and the rigid seat structure stabilize the apparatus against overturning during use of the apparatus. At each end of the frame is attached a horizontally pivotable assembly, called a ‘module’. Each module contains weights which are, in turn, connected to a cable and to pulleys controlling the cable path. Vertically pivotable arms are mounted on the front of the is modules. The cables are guided to the end of the arms and past the exit pulleys, whereupon exercise tools can be connected. The twin module design provides simultaneous exercising with any two limbs.

Abstract: A generally rectangular blank of preferably cardboard material having a multitude of strategically positioned cut lines, fold lines, and perforated tear lines. The present invention can be formed into at least two differently shaped and sized boxes; thus, efficiently accommodating a whole pizza in its original rectangular shape, and efficiently accommodating a slice or other portion of pizza in its reduced-size, triangular shape. In addition to the typical cut and fold lines found in a common pizza box, the present invention provides, generally, eight sets of perforated tear lines strategically positioned such that a rectangularly-shaped pizza box may be torn along the perforated tear lines to form a generally triangularly-shaped, smaller dimensioned pizza box.

Abstract: A jewelry clasp assembly, attached to a pair of chains for displaying pearls, gemstones, gems, beads, slides, or the like, including a pair of rectangular shaped pins slidably engaged into similarly shaped receiving channels within said clasp housing and secured in place by a threaded retaining pin passing through the receiving channels and the rectangular shaped pins. The jewelry clasp so provided allows the uncomplicated addition and removal of slides, beads, and gems to and from a pair of chains, without compromising security from accidental loss.

Abstract: A wheeled handcart having a removable debris bin and pivotable handles, wherein the cart may be utilized with or without the debris bin, and wherein the cart may be utilized in a vertical or horizontal position. More specifically, the present invention comprises a cart, a debris bin, a partition, and a ramp for sweeping, raking or otherwise sliding debris or other objects into the cart or its bin. To provide a means for removably securing the debris bin within the cart, recessed areas are formed on the exterior side walls of the debris bin which engage with protrusions formed on the interior of the cart. To assist in preventing the debris or other content of the cart from spilling out, a partition is provided that slidably engages within tracks formed on the interior of the cart. When the debris bin is not installed, the partition serves to keep debris and other contents within the cart.

Abstract: A multipurpose, flexible duct hand tool with a knife portion having a blade member, a cutting notch, a wire cutting member, a band-clamp head grasping means, and a handle member; a cutter portion having a wire cutting member, a band-clamp band grasping means, and a handle member; a pin for pivotally joining the knife and cutter portions; a spring for biasing the handle member of the cutter portion to the open position; and, a hook for locking the device in the closed position.

Abstract: A fluid applicator having a telescoping handle and an applicator assembly. The applicator assembly comprises a casing, a cavity, an inner plate, an outer plate, a sponge, and a cover. The inner plate is positioned adjacent to the cavity area, with the outer plate adjacent to and in contact with the inner plate. The sponge is attached to the outer plate and extends beyond the casing to allow sponge-to-skin contact. The inner plate is slidably engaged by the casing; thus, allowing the inner plate to be slid between open and closed positions. The inner plate and the outer plate have a plurality of through-holes formed therethrough. When the inner plate is in the closed position, the through-holes of the inner plate do not align with the through-holes of the outer plate; thus, preventing the flow of liquid from the cavity to the sponge. To allow the filling of the cavity, an aperture is formed through the casing, and a cap is provided to seal the aperture.

Abstract: A challenging and patience developer toy for two or more players. This invention relates to four six-sided Jacks and a ball, specifically to a kind of Jacks marked with words, letters, numbers, and suits attributes so that the Jacks can be used during the game where the markings showings on the upper surfaces of the Jacks after being thrown will instruct the player either to follow the pinnacle of the game or to do some other activities described later on in the summary of the game. The game begins by holding all four trapezoidal Jacks in one hand. Turn hand over and gently drop Jacks onto playing surface. The object of the game is to drop the ball pick up the Jacks, then catch the ball with the same hand. Let the ball hit the surface only once. Begin game by picking up only one Jack, then two, then three, then four. The rule of the game is to do the repetition of this numerically increasing activity for side A, then side B, then side C, then side D. Working your way to the pinnacle of the competition.

Abstract: Disclosed is an aircraft collision avoidance system having remote triggering means, multicolored lamp display, audible alarm, and a stroboscopic light for providing adequate early warning to an aircraft tug operator and other surrounding individuals that a possible emergency situation may exist. The system comprises four assemblies: (1.) a portable unit; (2.) a tug unit; (3.) a station unit; and, (4.) one or more hand wand transmitters. The station unit comprises a strobe light mounted to a building or gate and is positioned so as to be visible by a tug operator and flightcrew. The tug unit comprises an audible alarm mounted within the tug vehicle which is audible to the tug operator when triggered and a highly visible strobe light. The portable unit comprises an audible alarm that sounds when triggered and a highly visible strobe light. The portable unit may be utilized in place of the tug unit or may be utilized in conjunction with the tug unit at other positions, depending on the degree of warning needed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a rigid and partially hollow dome-shaped utility line coupling protector having first and second apertures for the insertion and removal of the male and female ends of a utility line. An optionally recessed bottom cover is provided as a seal against fluids and debris. An adjustable aperture adapter cap having a plurality of perforated, nested sections is carried within each aperture in order to accommodate various sized utility lines and, further, to provide a fluid and debris-resistant barrier. In order to prevent horizontal movement of the coupling and its accidental disconnection, a first and second coupling stop, and a plurality of ways dimensioned for receiving generally inverted U-shaped washers are provided. Downwardly extending projections formed on the bottom of the device engage the ground to prevent movement of the device during use. Through-holes for receiving nails, stakes, or the like are formed on the device for further securing said device to the ground.

Abstract: A tool box section and a cooler section are integrally formed as one device. The toolbox portion is a typical tool box having a plurality of stacking tool trays with a latching means for securing said trays together. The stacked and latched tool trays thereby form the upper portion of the toolbox section. The lower portion forms a rectangular box having an open face and a half open top. Carried by approximately half of the lower portion, in the open top area, are a plurality of sliding tool drawers that slide open through the open face of the lower portion of the toolbox section. Carried by approximately the other half of the lower portion is the cooler section. The cooler section comprises a hinged lid having a cavity opposite the hinged end for inserting fingers to facilitate lifting of the lid. The cooler section slides in and out of the lower portion via a well known means such as a tongue-and-groove, protrusion-and-track, or wheel-and-track arrangement.

Abstract: A hair curling iron support device for holding a hair curling iron, or other styling implement, away from a horizontal or vertical resting surface. The holder is provided with a generally “U” or “V”-shaped, weighted base having at least one support member affixed thereto. A ring support member having a plurality of spaced apart rings are affixed to the support member. In alternate embodiments, multiple pluralities of spaced apart rings are provided to accommodate additional hair curling iron units.

Abstract: Embodiments of a diffusion sampler device and method of use are shown and described, each having a semi-permeable membrane, a top portion having a handle, a nozzle portion, a plug portion, and means to join the assembly together. The diffusion sampler of the present invention is adapted to be provided with a mesh to protect the membrane against abrasion and, further, to accommodate and principally carry the weight of the diffusion sampler and its contents. A novel valve means is also disclosed for use with the diffusion sampler of the present invention. The valve means will carry the specimen from the membrane into a sampling vial or container with a smooth, nearly laminar flow. The diffusion sampler may be provided with attachment means to accommodate such weights and tethers as may be required during use of the device. A separate fill kit is optionally provided for convenience and accuracy in the sampling process.

Abstract: An adjustable infant protective safety and support device is disclosed having one or more covered, foam barriers detachably and adjustably mounted with hook and loop fasteners upon a cloth base. Affixed to each foam barrier is an activation bar and microswitch combination. This combination, when connected in an electrical circuit with one or more warning devices, act to awaken a sleeping adult lying alongside of the infant should the adult roll into contact with the device. Alternatively, the activation bar and microswitch combination may be reversed to face the infant in order to warn an adult that the child is moving in contact with the barrier. Desirable optional features for the infant protective safety support device include both audible and vibratory warning modes of operation.

Abstract: An illuminating and sound generating string rotatable toy comprising a sponge disk affixed near one end of a shaft penetrating a sphere. This disk may be rotated by pulling a string that extends perpendicularly from the shaft through a hole in the diameter of the sphere. The free end of that string is furnished with a ring through which a finger of the user of the toy may be inserted. The toy also include a variable illuminating and sound generating device inside the sphere. Upon rotation this illuminates and releases sound. Colorful designs upon the disk create a profusion of color or optical illusion during rotation.

Abstract: A triangularly shaped frame having truncated and flattened vertices serves as a structural load-bearing member for an attachment to a yard tending device, such as a gas powered yard trimmer or leaf blower. A pair of support and maneuvering wheels is affixed to the frame. Affixed centrally to the frame, and rising generally vertically therefrom, is the first end portion of a lawn tending device support bar. At its first end portion, the support bar is of generally straight configuration. This straight portion serves to hold the lawn tending device at a sufficient elevation with respect to the ground. The straight portion of the support bar smoothly transitions to generally declining compound arcuate spanning portion. The spanning portion smoothly transitions to a generally declining straight second end portion. The second end is formed such that it comprises a cradle or channel running centrally and axially according to the length of the second end portion.

Abstract: Provided is a vertically adjustable desk lifting device having a plurality of gas pressurized cylinders for urging a desk in an upward direction, thereby facilitating the raising and lowering of a desk by a single user. The desk can be locked into a multitude of vertical positions and easily released via a foot pedal. The lifting device comprises a pair of spaced-apart gas pressurized cylinders positioned on both sides of a desk. The gas pressurized cylinders are chosen or calibrated to provide an adequate upward force to slightly urge the desk in the upward direction, depending upon the weight of the desk and the distribution of such weight. Additional gas pressurized cylinders can be easily inserted adjacent any one of the four standard gas pressurized cylinders to counterbalance the weight distribution of the desk if needed.
