Abstract: A disposable absorbent article, such as a diaper. The disposable absorbent article has a first region juxtaposed with the front of the wearer and a second region juxtaposed with the back of the wearer. The disposable absorbent article includes a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet joined to the topsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and the backsheet. Since the first region is juxtaposed with the of the wearer it should be superior in the handling of urine while the second region which is juxtaposed with the back of the wearer should be superior in the handling of low-viscosity fecal material. The first region has a PACORM value of less than 120 mg and the second region has a trans-topsheet capacity of at least 0.2 grams per square inch.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hard surface detergent composition containing a soil entrainment system. The composition can be used with conventional implements known in the art, including sponges, cloths and/or sponge, string, and/or strip mops and floor cloths such as those sold at retail and specialty stores. In a most preferred embodiment, the solution is used with a cleaning pad comprising an effective amount of a superabsorbent material, said pad preferably being part of a cleaning implement comprising a handle and said cleaning pad preferably being removable. The process of using the detergent composition with such a cleaning pad, and the provision of a kit containing both detergent composition and cleaning pad are disclosed.

Abstract: A detergent tablet comprising a non-compressed, gelatinous portion, wherein the gelatinous portion comprising a thickening system and at least one detergent active. The thickening system preferably includes a non-aqueous diluent and a gelling agent and the detergent active is preferably selected from the group consisting of enzymes, surfactants, effervescing agents, bleaching agents, silver care agents, builders, and mixtures thereof. The non-compressed, gelatinous portion, may contain one, two or a plurality of non-compressed, gelatinous portions, all of which comprise a thickening system and at least one detergent active.
