  • Patent number: 7967171
Abstract: A manually operated liquid foaming dispenser is attached to the top of a container of liquid and is manually reciprocated to dispense the liquid from the container as a foam. The dispenser includes a liquid pump chamber and an air pump chamber that respectively pump liquid and air under pressure to a discharge passage of the pump where the liquid and air are mixed, generating the foam dispensed from the dispenser. The air pump chamber has a tube valve controlling the discharge of air from the air pump to the discharge passage, and the air pump chamber is charged with air by opening the air pump chamber to the exterior environment of the dispenser.

  • Patent number: 7956330
Abstract: Closeness of a housing is maintained in a normal handling state, and electric power shortage is solved to perform prompt action by quick charge in emergency situations. Normally an electronic cassette is loaded in a cradle to charge a battery by a non-contact charging function. In a case of contact charge, a pair of electrodes and a pair of terminals are brought into contact with each other by removing a packing, and the battery is charged in a state where wiring is physically connected. Therefore, energy efficiency is better compared with the non-contact charge, and the charge can be performed in a short time.

  • Patent number: 7911033
Abstract: This invention discloses a novel apparatus of fully depleted emitter so that the built-in potential between emitter and the base becomes lower and the charge storage between the emitter and base becomes small. This concept also applies to the diodes or rectifiers. With depleted junction, this results in very fast switching of the diodes and transistors. Another novel structure utilizes the strip base structure to achieve lower on resistance of the bipolar transistor. The emitter region of the strip base can be a normal emitter or depleted emitter.
