Abstract: A method for weaving airbag fabric for use in protecting vehicle occupants during a collision. The airbag fabric includes at least a portion of fabric woven with unsized warp and fill yarns by water-jet weaving at a weave construction of at least 47 warp and fill threads per inch comparable to that available by traditional Rapier weaving machines.
