Abstract: A system for providing online access to on-hold messages: an interface by which an end user can access at least one on-hold message from an online database; a system for downloading at least one message as a file to be played on an end user phone answering system. The downloaded message comprises an MP3 file and may be downloaded onto a flash card.
Abstract: A composition for improving the combustion efficiency of an internal combustion Engine. The composition includes a mixture of a hydrocarbon fuel and an organometallic soap selected from among several cerium-containing and ferric compounds. The cerium-containing compound or compounds increase the energy released during combustion of the fuel. The ferric compound or compounds coat an interior wall of a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine to increase the power output of the engine by reducing the accumulation of residues deposited on the interior wall which interfere with the combustion of fuel.
Abstract: A series of resins were synthesized using a range of bio-based materials to control the molecular architecture, and therefore the properties, of the inventive resins. The resins were formulated into toner formulations such as those useful in printers and copiers.

Abstract: An electric fireplace includes a fireplace housing having a housing first and second side walls and a housing top wall, a housing floor, a housing back wall, and a housing open end opposite the housing back wall; a flame simulator mounted inside the housing; a diffusion screen removably mounted upright within the housing in front of the flame simulator; an ember bed simulating the appearance of fireplace fuel such as fire wood, embers or coal, and removably mounted inside the housing in front of the flame simulator, so that removal of the ember bed and the flame cutout panel provides access to the flame simulator from the housing open end; and a hot air generator removably mounted inside the housing to be accessible from the housing open end.
Abstract: An electrically driven power system includes a carrier structure rotatably supporting a power output. A plurality of individually electrically powered primary drive units are also mounted in the carrier structure. Each of the power units are in driving engagement with the power output for driving said power output in a rotating manner. The electric motors driving the power units are interchangeable thus eliminating a single point motor failure and their smaller size facilitates ease of replacement and repair.
Abstract: An absorbent protective finger cover to be worn by aestheticians to protect the surface of their skin while performing facial extractions. The finger cover includes an inner sheath of protective elastomer material and an outer sheath of absorbent material attached to the inner protective sheath. An additional tip piece of absorbent material is disposed at a finger tip portion of the finger cover between the protective sheath and absorbent sheath to provide additional absorbency for body fluids released during the facial extraction.
Abstract: A mailer is disclosed for distributing advertisements and invoices. The mailer provides an envelope for returning the invoices and a buck slip for displaying advertisements and incentives. The buck slips and return envelope are attached to the mailer so that these papers are removed from the mailer simultaneously upon the opening of the mailer.
Abstract: An expandable business card is described that includes a first foldable page and a second foldable page. The first foldable page has a detachable business card. The second foldable page is connected to a booklet. The first page and second page are interconnected and slidingly engaged. When in a first folded position, the booklet is concealed within the perimeter of the expandable business card. When the expandable business card is opened in the second position, the booklet can expand to a predetermined size to provide an additional area for promotional information. The first page includes a projection that is not visible in the first folded position but then extends for viewing in the second open position.
