Abstract: The present invention relates to a laryngoscope having two selectable blades, straight and curved, foldable to the side grooves of a handle piece, so that doctors/nurses can react to the need to handle tracheal intubation for different patients, resulting in better airway management tasks. A battery compartment is made inside the body of the handle, providing a battery power source for optional LED lighting, or other type of lighting.

Abstract: Present invention teaches to build a Roman shade window curtain where a roller shade is used in the back side of said window curtain, to provide for the release/retraction control, resulting in a “cord-less” control for the actuation of a Roman shade, which hangs down from a special head rail on top, with the roller shade fabrics slideably travel down the gaps between each horizontal fold created by the rib, clip and rib rod.

Abstract: A three-wheeled golf cart having collapsible mechanism to fold the cart down for storage and transport where the folding actions for the handle assembly and the lower assembly (containing front wheel) are connected, resulting in a single action collapsing when a user pushes a button release to allow the handle assembly to be detached away from the main upper assembly and a back push rod simultaneously fold up the front wheel. A swivel joint near the front wheel support arm allows the front wheel to be locked in two positions, at 90 degrees to each other, so that the collapsed golf cart has a smaller compact volume when the front wheel is turned 90 degree from its normal usage orientation.

Abstract: When the Glyphosate-tolerant crops, known as Round-Up Ready crops, are sprayed with Glyphosate in the field, the crops may exhibit some extent of phototoxicity, although the weeds are killed, as intended. Use of safener additive in present invention as plant growth regulator (PGR), along with Glyphosate, will result in reduced phototoxicity to the crops and thus better crops growth, while the herbicidal activities of Glyphosate are not affected.

Abstract: A modular welding table where the work surface is made up of a plurality of plates that can be easily slid to and fro, adapting to objects of different shapes is disclosed. The through holes on these plates, as well as the parallel grooves between these plates, provide the foothold for clamping tools and devices that are used in conjunction to this welding table, to secure the work piece in place. Under each of the leg, a height-adjustable pad is provided, so that the welding table can adjust its evenness accordingly, by turning the screw stem of the pad easily.

Abstract: A foldable and portable frame is disclosed. The foldable and portable frame comprises twelve posts and eight flexible joints or linkages. The foldable and portable frame can be easily erected to be a stable substantially rectangular structure, and folded to a collapsed state to be portable. A foldable and portable frame with coverings is also disclosed. The foldable and portable frame with coverings can be erected and folded in a same fashion as the erecting and folding of the foldable and portable frame.

Abstract: Electrochemical biosensors consisting of two or more needle-shaped electrodes for monitoring of molecules such as glucose in the subcutaneous tissue are provided. The two electrodes are parallel to each other, and are fixed perpendicularly to the planar side of a sensor base which provides skin fixation and electric connection. The needle electrodes are made of rigid conducting materials, capable of inserting into the skin without the need of catheters. One electrode is the sensing electrode and the other, the reference electrode. A compound sensing membrane is attached onto the sensing electrode surface to detect analyzed molecules.

Abstract: An angle bracket formed of a block of material. It has an elongated upper arm member formed adjacent the top end of a connecting member and an elongated lower arm member connected to the bottom end of the connecting member. The rear surface of the respective arm members make a 90 degree angle with each other. Consumers may use digital cameras, network cameras or scanned photos to submit facial image, and by way of calibration steps such as the gap between two pupils aligned to the marked pupil point of the stored spectacle images, the suitable size of the spectacle frame can then be determined for best fit to the facial image. With the accessibility and availability of the Internet, just a few clicks on the mouse enable the consumers to choose spectacle frames of their preference and in a way that affords wide selections at low costs and easy access.

Abstract: Present invention provides an edge level that can be used for measuring angles or levelness on all X, Y and Z axis simultaneously and in hands-free type operation, due to the use of Velcro or external clamps used together with the features introduced herein. A removable pod, containing the Z-axis bubble, provides the flexibility of insertion to the pod seat for measuring Z-axis angle and can be stored or put aside when not in use.
