Abstract: A biaxially oriented bottle with exterior threading in a hollow of a personage figure to form a unitary drinking cup, comprising: exterior threading at the base of the inner bottle to secure the inner bottle fast in internal threading at the base of the personage figure; exterior threading at the upper end of the inner bottle to secure the inner bottle fast into the internal threading at the top above the head of the personage figure; and wherein a handle is inscribed within the base of the inner bottle inside the exterior threading to enable the inner bottle to be wound fast to the internal threading in the hollow of the personage figure.
Abstract: In combination, a pair of lens and eyeglass frame to give a viewer perception of three dimensional viewing of a two dimensional image, comprising: an opaque eyeglass frame containing a left lens and a right lens, in which the left lens is comprised of alternating tinted and clear apertures, and the right lens is composed of alternating tinted apertures complementary to the alternating clear apertures in the left lens.
Abstract: A photochromic/vitroceramic window assembly that restores some of the natural illumination and warm blue-green colors normally excluded from the interior of an enclosed space after blocking at least a portion of infrared and/or UV light, comprising: a) A transparent window pane; b) a first self-adhesive material adhered to the exterior of the window pane, of a transparent plastic film containing a UV-activated photochromic dye; and c) a second self-adhesive material adhered to the interior of the window pane, of a transparent plastic film containing i) a rare earth doped vitroceramic that up-converts any infrared not blocked by the first self-adhesive film to a warm visible blue or green color, and ii) a diarylethene that converts any UV not blocked by the first self-adhesive film to a visible yellow-white color.
Abstract: A sanitary and compact container having a recessed compartment for holding condoms and a convex compartment that registers with the recessed compartment. The container is provided with a hinge, an air-tight seal or gasket and a button-snap closure, and is decorative and aesthetically pleasing. The container may be provided with one or more additional compartments for holding additional condoms, spermicide and/or personal lubricant. Condoms may be removed from their wrapper before placement in the container.
Abstract: A vehicular trailer hitch, transportable, extendable/retractable barbecue grill for cooking while still connected to a towing vehicle, including clamping member for attachment to a trailer hitch of a vehicle, a principle arm member to provide support for the barbecue grill having a first link to which the clamping member is fixed, the principle arm further comprising additional links hingedly attached to the first link to permit retraction of the principle arm from an extended position into a folded position insertable in a stabilizing sleeve, a universal coupling member connecting at least the first link of the principle arm to allow for arm misalignment and act as a shock absorber for transportation vibrations and jerks, and a distal end fixedly attached to a last link of the principle and secondary arms of the barbecue grill.
Abstract: In a process for making a DT DRAM structure, the improvement of providing a surface area enhanced DT below the collar region and node capacitance that does not shrink with decreasing groundrule/cell size, comprising:
a) providing a semiconductor substrate having a collar region and an adjacent region below the collar region, the collar region having SiO deposited thereon;
b) depositing a SiN liner on said collar region and on the region below the collar;
c) depositing a layer of a-Si on the SiN liner to form a micromask;
d) subjecting the structure from step c) to an anneal/oxidation step under a wet environment at a sufficient temperature to form a plurality of oxide dot hardmasks;
e) subjecting the SiN liner to an etch selective to SiO;
f) subjecting the structure from step e) to a Si transfer etch using a chemical dry etch (CDE) selective to SiO to create rough Si surface;
g) stripping SiO and the SiN; and forming a node and collar deposition.

Abstract: A process of fabricating a p-type metal oxide semiconductor to affect reduction of negative bias temperature instability (NBTI) in the formed p-type metal oxide semiconductor structure by:
a) forming a gate on a gate oxide in a substrate;
b) forming a spacer on a sidewall of the gate;
c) forming a source/drain extension beside the gate oxide in the substrate or forming a lightly doped drain (LDD) implantation into the gate oxide; and
d) implanting F2 between the gate oxide and the source drain extension at a sufficiently large tilted angle and in sufficient amount to affect reduction of negative bias temperature instability characteristics lower than without F2 implantation.
Abstract: An improved process for cleaning a semiconductor wafer surface during manufacture to remove metallic contaminants without the use of robotics and without risk of scanning droplets falling from the wafer, in a faster time than with a manual process using a vacuum wand, comprising:
a) positioning a wafer on a rotating plate pivotably mounted above a platform;
b) contacting the wafer with a metals scanning solution droplet from the tip of a drop probe, the solution being adhered in a bottom portion of the drop probe above the wafer in a material of a surface tension sufficiently higher than the surface tension on the wafer, the drop probe being pivotably connected to a pivot arm which upon pivoting or turning one notch enables droplet sweeping of metal contaminants on a concentric circle on the wafer on the rotating plate;
c) successively turning the pivot arm a sufficient number of notches to enable completion of wafer droplet sweepings through concentric circles to reach the edge of the wafer until all of t
Abstract: In an integrated circuit structure, the improvement comprising a wire bonded Cu-pad with Cu-wire component, wherein the Cu-pad Cu-wire component is characterized by self-passivation, low resistance, high bond strength, and improved resistance to oxidation and corrosion, the Cu-pad Cu-wire component comprising:
a metallization-line;
a liner separating the metallization line and a Cu-alloy surrounding a Cu-pad;
a dielectric surrounding the liner; and
a Cu-pad bonded to a Cu-alloy wire; the Cu-wire component being characterized by self-passivation areas on:
a) a dopant rich interface in between the Cu-alloy and liner;
b) a surface of the Cu-pad;
c) a surface of the bond between the Cu-pad and the Cu-alloy wire; and
d) a surface of the Cu-alloy wire.
