Abstract: A lifting device for lifting heavier loads is disclosed including a square base plate having a plurality of wheels attached in triangular arrangement which provide a low center of gravity for the lifting device. Mounted in the center of the square base plate is a cylindrical housing having a sealed tube within an unsealed tube, a space between the tubes, a fluid holding chamber, a fluid filed chamber, a fluid filled space, a plurality of hydraulic seals, an orifice between the fluid filled space and the fluid holding chamber, a plurality of orifices in the bottom aspect of the fluid holding chamber and a plurality of external connections, an orifice in the top aspect of the fluid holding chamber between the fluid holding chamber and the operating chamber, a tube in the fluid holding chamber for transferring pressurized hydraulic fluid to the operating chamber, and a piston assembly having an operating chamber which is slidable longitudinally in the cylindrical housing.

Abstract: A water vehicle comprising in combination an ovoid, inflatable tube with an open bottom, rigid seat platform suspended above the water line, a dry duffel compartment, a removable, dry, duffel day-pack and detachable wet and dry stowage compartments which allow the user easy access to stowage areas during operation and ease of portage of the entire water vehicle as a lightweight tote when stowed in a removable, dry, duffel day-pack or a backpack.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for transferring the weight of a cutting edge blade to the top of a moldboard for alignment of the cutting edge blade to the moldboard is disclosed. The apparatus includes a roller member with a plurality of rotatably mounted guide rollers, a rigid arm with a hook for engaging the cutting edge blade, and a means of adjusting the roller member on the rigid arm.

Abstract: A lightweight blanket with insulating properties being made of a sheet of pliable material and having a number of internal pockets, is convertible to and from a tote by folding portions of the sheet over and upon one another about transverse and longitudinal folds. Carrying handles are positioned in registry with one another and fastened together after folding the sheet portions and used as a convenient grip for carrying the tote.

Abstract: A portable sighting device particularly adapted for facilitating the guidance of a vehicle where sight judgment is required to keep the vehicle on a right course. The device has resistably rotatable base having securing means for quick adjustment, removal and portability and a perpendicular member which supports a vertically pivotal telescopic tubular member. The vertically pivotally telescopic tubular member has an outer stationary element and an inner extendible element. The inner extendible element has sighting reference objects of different sizes and colors to facilitate a quick line of sight through one of the objects helping the operator to maneuver through an irregular course. The sighting device can be resistively pivotally permanently affixed when portability is not desired.

Abstract: A gunstock which has a combination of elements including a contoured pistol handgrip portion, an adjustable face engaging means, and double longitudinal buttstock cast. The contoured pistol handgrip in combination with the adjustable face engaging means and longitudinal buttstock cast allow the user to most completely absorb the recoil of the rifle as well as allow uniform positioning of the rifle for sighting.
