  • Patent number: 8331477
Abstract: A progressive parallel interference canceller (PPIC) and a method and a receiver thereof are illustrated. The PPIC reconstructs each subchannel interference reconstruction signal through several iterations and subtracts the corresponding subchannel interference reconstruction signal from each subchannel frequency-domain reception signal to obtain a subchannel frequency-domain signal. Thereby, according to the present disclosure, inter-channel interference can be cancelled without re-performing channel coding or estimating the signal to noise ratio (SNR) or frequency offset.

  • Patent number: 8330027
Abstract: A lid structure of a keyboard instrument is provided, which improves a design degree of freedom of an instrument body. When a covered keyboard is changed from a close state to an open state, a front lid rotates relative to a back lid through a rotation shaft. A front guide slot and a rack built in the instrument body are used to guide backward movements of an engagement pin and a pinion. Since the rack is located posterior to the front guide slot, the back lid approximately maintains a pose to move backwards. A height of an accommodating space of the instrument body set to the open state is only required to be equal to a thickness of the back lid. Therefore, the accommodating space is reduced, an overall height of the instrument body is suppressed and a design degree of freedom of the instrument body is improved.

  • Patent number: 8325530
Abstract: A method of performing an operation on a flash memory cell device, used when a gate coupling ratio between a floating gate and a control gate of less than 0.4. A potential is required to be applied across the control gate. Electrons are either injected to the floating gate from the control gate or ejected from the floating gate to the control gate. The operation associated with the injection or the ejection is determined by the nature of a silicon channel provided in the device. Devices using a bulk-tied FinFET-like structure are particularly suited to this method. The method is also particularly suited for use on cells in a NAND array.
