Abstract: A trailer hitching machine including a trailer hitch with a ratcheting pulley system, and support plates cooperating in mechanical linkage to provide a hitch ball with additional rearward extension and sideways sweep.
Abstract: A collar or sleeve configured to lie snugly adjacent the cavity formed by the inner wall of a bumper hitch receiver, and including a longitudinal gap allowing the sleeve to resiliently flex inwardly to facilitate insertion of the sleeve within the receiver, to assure contact with the inner wall of the receiver. The device may also include a flange or lip outstanding from the trailing edge of the sleeve, to prevent insertion within the receiver too far to allow easy extraction when no longer needed; a finger curl may also extend rearward from the sleeve, to facilitate extraction of the sleeve from the bumper hitch receiver.
Abstract: The invention includes an alkali metal silicate based solution that, either alone or following an alkali earth metal salt activator, binds soluble phosphorus and/or nitrates.

Abstract: A device providing a ramp into a truck bed, and extending a truck bed for the carrying of vehicles (such as ATVs) and items that are too long to carry with the truck tailgate raised. One embodiment is essentially a parallel pair of nested ramps, extenders and casings, each respective ramp telescopically and slidably received within a respective extender telescopically and slidably received within a respective casing. Lockpins inserted within holes aligned in the sidewalls of each casing and truckbed extender (and perhaps in each ramp), while they are in a desired configuration such as fully retracted (nested) or fully extended, prevent departure from that desired configuration.
Abstract: A shelving improvement including a cooperating pair of vertical rib sections downstanding essentially beneath an abutment of adjacent sub-shelf edges, each vertical rib section including double-back sections for strengthening, each vertical rib section also including a fulcrum-wedge curve wedging between offset curves and front and rear lower vertical segments and leveraging sub-shelf edges into close continuing alignment.
