Abstract: The auto level with a laser radiates laser light along an optical axis of a visible optical system and comprises of a visible optical system with an automatic horizontal compensation mechanism prism mirror and a beam splitter disposed between an objective lens and an eyepiece. The auto level with a laser is capable of measuring from 5 meters to 300 meters when using the laser light and 0.8 meters to infinity when using the optical sight.
Abstract: A small slender container and an applicator that may be used to store small quantity of substance, such as creams, lotions, and make-ups in a sealed environment and easily and sanitarily dispenses its content for application as desired is disclosed. The content of the slender container may be permanently sealed with an opening means or may be sealed with a high viscosity substance such as silicone. The container and applicator comprises of a small slender container with a sealed first end and a second end with a high viscosity substance sealed within the container and an applicator that is inserted into the container to simultaneously extract and inject the content into the applicator. The applicator may then be used to apply the contents to the desired location. After application, the sealed compartment and the applicator are disposed of.
Abstract: An integrated delivery device that is both a container and an applicator for small quantity of fluids is disclosed. The integrated delivery device is particularly suitable for viscous substances. The integrated delivery device comprises of two slidably engaged sections with matching concave and convex surfaces wherein a small quantity of viscous fluid is enclosed between the two sections. When the two sections are urged toward each other, the small quantity of viscous fluid between the two sections is urged to exit through a channel in one of the two sections. The two sections will mate to form an integrated applicator that can be used to apply the extracted viscous fluid.
Abstract: A dispensing device that can economically and reliably dispenses predetermined quantity of fluids accurately comprising an elongated rod with one or more through holes formed perpendicularly through its axis defining one or more fluid flow paths. Adjacent to each through hole is an angular fluid flow path with one section generally parallel to the through hole and another section generally perpendicular to the through hole. In the preferred embodiment, the through holes and the angular fluid flow paths are positioned alternately through most of the length of the elongated rod. The elongated rod slides within a base component that has corresponding openings to enable accurate and reliable dispensing of predetermined quantity of fluids through the controlled dispensing device.
Abstract: A small slender container that may be used to store small quantity of fluid, such as perfume, in a sealed environment and easily dispenses the fluid as desired is disclosed. The content of the slender container is completely sealed and will not leak or evaporate from the container. The slender container is a small diameter slender container with a member affixed within the slender container. The member affixed within the slender container disrupts the surface tension of the perfume and allows the content to flow easily from the small diameter slender container. The slender container can be used as the body of a swab applicator and also for storing fluids wherein the fluid in the slender container may be released into a brush or an absorbent material attached to the ends of the swab applicator when desired.
Abstract: An elongated sealed container with a self-contained opening means fully enclosed within the container to release a fluid sealed within the container when the container is bent at or near the enclosed opening means. Once the enclosed opening means is opened, the fluid sealed within the elongated sealed container may be released for application.
Abstract: A sliding piston opening means enclosed within an elongated container to release the fluid sealed within the elongated container by squeezing the elongated container at or near the sliding piston. After the sliding piston opening means is opened, the fluid sealed within the elongated container is released for application. Before the content of the container is depleted, the sliding piston opening means is used to re-close the opening thereby re-sealing the fluid remaining within the container.
Abstract: A shock resistant applicator for non-evaporative liquid comprises an elongated tubular housing sealed on one end enclosing a first liquid near the sealed end separated from a second liquid by a viscous substance. The elongated tubular housing has an opening mechanism near the sealed end to release the enclosed liquids through the open end of the elongated tubular housing. A shock resistant plug is disposed near the open end of the elongated tubular housing and defines a small through hole from the liquid to the open end of the elongated tubular housing. The shock resistant plug will prevent the none-evaporative second liquid from being unintentionally released from the elongated tubular housing by dramatically increasing the surface tension of the second liquid near the open end of the elongated tubular housing.
Abstract: An applicator with two liquids comprising a hollow elongated tubular handle with a sealed end and an open end with an opening mechanism provided near the sealed end and an applicator tip affixed to one or both ends of the hollow elongated tubular handle. A first liquid is enclosed inside the hollow elongated tubular handle separated from the open end by a viscous substance and a second liquid is absorbed in the applicator tip. When air is allowed to enter near the sealed end through the opening mechanism, the first liquid in the hollow elongated tubular handle will flow through the viscous substance and commingle with the second liquid in the applicator tip to be applied.
Abstract: A multi-fluid applicator with one or more fluids sealed separately within it with opening device enclosed within the applicator to allow the commingling and releasing of the fluids enclosed within the applicator. The enclosed opening device may be operated by either squeezing or bending the applicator at or near the enclosed opening device. Once the enclosed opening device is opened, the fluids sealed within the elongated sealed container will commingle with each other and be released for application or may be released directly for application. There are no loose parts that may be lost and the fluids are completely sealed within the applicator.
Abstract: A small container and an applicator that may be used to store small quantity of substance in a sealed environment and easily and sanitarily dispenses its content for application as desired. A substance is sealed in a capsule disposed within the container. The applicator with sealed fluid comprises of a small container with a first sealed end and a second open end with the capsule disposed near the first sealed end an applicator that is inserted into the container to cause the capsule to rupture and simultaneously extract the content of the container into the applicator tip.
Abstract: The present invention is a flow control/shock absorbing seal that will absorb the shocks transmitted to the liquids in a container during transportation to prevent leakage and maintain the separation of the liquid and the air chamber in the container and controls the rate of flow of the liquid from the container. The present invention allows the rate of flow of the liquid from the container to be predetermined and controlled economically and accurately. The present invention may also allow the forced ejection of the liquid from the container.
Abstract: A multiple applicators comprising an elongated housing that is separated into multiple sealed compartments containing a liquid and an applicator tip with a score line formed at each of the sealed compartments located near the applicator tip wherein the elongated housing may be selectively severed into shorter sections at the score lines and removed. The removed section of the elongated housing is used to apply the liquid or viscous substance contained therein and disposed of after application. The remainder of the elongated housing with the remaining unused applicator tips and liquid is retained for subsequent uses.
Abstract: The container of the present invention stores viscous substances in a sealed environment and is easily transportable. The contents of the container can be easily extracted completely without any tools or contact with the user. The container is an elongated housing with one or more opening near its ends and with one or more piston with approximately the same profile and dimension as the cross sectional profile of the interior of the elongated housing enclosed in the container that will slide along the length of the elongated housing when urged and extract the contents of the container completely.
