Abstract: A tool apparatus for urging a pair of slidably mounted plungers into a housing. The tool apparatus mounted on the housing and disposed adjacent the ends of the outwardly extending plungers mounted in the housing.

Abstract: A three dimensional time piece for determining the correct time anywhere in the world. The time piece having a world globe with a 24 hour time band therearound, and lighting inside the globe to indicate both night time and day time on the surface of the globe. The time piece further indicates the month of the year with changes in light intensity on the surface of the globe to represent the inclination of the sun and the corresponding season of the year.

Abstract: A corrosion detector for indicating when a transportation vehicle such as an aircraft, train, truck, bus, automobile, or the like, should be washed. The detector indicates the amount of corrosive contamination collected on the vehicle's metal surface. The detector measures the electrical resistance in a chemical solution formed when a water saturated filter paper is placed on the metal surface.

Abstract: An adjustable toilet mounted on the wall of a bathroom. The toilet is raised and lowered by an electrically driven motor. By raising and lowering the toilet, the elderly, the handicapped, and children are aided in the use of the toilet. The toilet provides electrical limit switches for stopping the motor at a desired height above the bathroom floor.

Abstract: A farm implement trailer for towing a farm implement laterally on a highway, dirt road, or the like. The trailer straddling the back of the farm implement and raising the back of the implement above the ground surface. The trailer co-acting with caster wheels mounted on the front of the farm implement thereby allowing the farm implement to be towed on the trailer laterally.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for heating a liquid using solar energy. Through the use of an absorber plate made of a sheet of copper or any other similar conductive metal, the heat from the sun is captured. The front surface of the plate is covered with a dark absorbent coating. The heat absorbed by the copper sheet is conducted to a thin film of liquid such as water which is fed by gravity down the backside of the plate from a supply line disposed adjacent to the top of the backside of the plate. The liquid absorbs the heat from the plate as it flows downward covering the backside of the plate and is discharged at the bottom of the plate into a drain line. The drain line removes the heated liquid from the apparatus.

Abstract: A liquid mixing device for mixing liquids in a mixing tank. The device providing means for mixing liquids such as liquid chemicals that are generally difficult to mix and mixing these chemicals together to form a homogeneous solution. The device is adapted for skimming an unmixed liquid on top of the liquid level with a heavier liquid at the bottom of the mixing tank. Also the device will mix an unmixed liquid at various levels in the mixing tank with a heavier liquid at the bottom of the tank.

Abstract: A vehicle wheelchair ramp for loading and unloading an occupant confined to a wheelchair. The ramp is hingably mounted on the floor of the vehicle and unfolds outwardly from the vehicle for contacting the ground surface, curb, or the like. The ramp includes built-in steps with U-shaped guide channels positioned adjacent both sides of the steps for guiding the wheelchair as a wheelchair attendant uses the steps for loading and unloading the occupant in the wheelchair.

Abstract: A bracket for displaying and storing musical instruments such as guitars, banjos, mandolins, fiddles, or the like. The bracket suspends the instrument by its neck. The bracket may be attached to a wall or ceiling, or suspended from a ceiling by a chain.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for applying insulation material to the sidewalls and endwalls of a building structure. The apparatus is disposed parallel and adjacent to the top of the wall. A roll of insulating material is mounted on the apparatus and fed downward along the side of the building wall and parallel thereto. The end of the insulating material is attached to the bottom of the wall and the insulating material is tightened and held in place by a tension means which is part of the apparatus. The insulating material is then attached to the top of the wall and cut free from the remaining insulating material on the roll. The apparatus is then moved along the top of the wall to a position where the insulating material can be fed downward adjacent to the attached insulating material. The method is then repeated.

Abstract: A mobile home telephone stake used with an underground telephone cable for receiving the end thereof and attaching the cable to a junction box mounted on a mounting plate secured to the stake. The mounting plate is designed to receive a number of different telephone cable junction boxes without the need of drilling apertures in the plate.

Abstract: An up-down cabinet for lowering a cabinet from a wall so that easy access is provided to the cabinet. The cabinet is normally disposed adjacent the wall. By urging the cabinet away from the wall the cabinet pivots outwardly and downwardly on pivotally attached swing arms. The swing arms are attached to cables resting on cable pulleys. The cables are held in tension by coil springs. By applying tension on the cables the cabinet is easily retracted upwardly and rearwardly to its normal position against the wall.

Abstract: A display device mountable in a refrigerated meat display case to display ka-bob skewers having chunks of meat and food items mounted thereon. A holder having a rectangular form has a plurality of spaced apertures therein opening to the holder's top. The apertures are angularly inclined toward one end of the holder. The holder is mountable in a locked relation in a tray.

Abstract: A reading bed for lying thereon in a prone position or sitting position. The bed supporting not only the lower portion of the body, but the chest, neck and head of the reader. In addition, the bed supports the arms and elbows of the reader. The bed by supporting the various parts of the body, allows the reader to greatly extend a time period for reading without discomfort to his body.

Abstract: A nose pad for a nose piece on a pair of eyeglasses. The nose pad provides a soft air cushion to relieve pressure against the nose when the eyeglasses are worn.

Abstract: A tail gate apparatus having an offset pivot axis for automatically opening and closing a tail gate mounted at the rear of a tiltable truck bed on a dump truck. The pivot axis positioned horizontally and parallel the width of the truck bed and at a predetermined distance forward the rear of the truck bed.

Abstract: An electrically operated retractable jack for leveling a vehicle. The jack is automatically retractable from a vertical position into a horizontal stowage position under the vehicle. The jack may be operated individually or a plurality of jacks may be used in leveling the corners of a vehicle. The jacks may be raised and lowered by control switches mounted inside the vehicle without the need of the operator getting outside the vehicle.

Abstract: A fence for feed lots or the like having prefabricated fence panels mounted on vertical fence post. The fence is completely portable and can be quickly constructed, torn down, moved, or added to depending on the changing conditions of enclosing animals of various sizes and numbers.
