Abstract: A truckbed access apparatus consisting of a first hollow support component, a second hollow support component affixable over and about the first support component with a step plate affixed thereto, a first holding pin for holding the first support component to a truck reese hitch unit, a second holding pin for holding the second hollow support component to the first one, a vertically inclined support rod affixed through a hole in the step plate to one side thereof and also to the second hollow support component and with a brace component held to the support rod and also to a threaded hook unit in turn hooked into a hole found in a truck reese hitch unit.

Abstract: A game of defending statements with persuasive arguments consisting of a tossing bag, a “frequency” block, two equivalent “equation” blocks; three “verb” blocks and ten “noun” blocks, a number of which are shook inside the bag, then tossed onto a table top by a so-called author who then must form and then refine a statement from the words and symbols on the face up topsides of the tossed blocks, then contrive an argument based upon the statement meant to result in the articulation of a discernible concept, challengeable however by non-author players of the game; then requiring a defense of such an argument, resulting in an awarding of playing points or not depending upon the assessment by a majority of such non-author players as to the merits of such an argument or defense whereupon one; once an author-player; then becomes a challenger-player as another player, formerly a challenger then becomes an author.

Abstract: A shopping bag storage and dispensing unit consisting of a topwise open box component, a partition component therein, a hole in the front side thereof, a hole in the backside thereof, a lid component fittable over the top edging of the box component, two holes in the lid component each being amenable to receipt of a dagger component, as well as a support bracket receivable by the backside hole, with holes in the support bracket for receipt of affixation members in turn receivable by a vertically inclined hard surface and pieces of hook and fastener material affixable to one another as well as to the vertically inclined hard surface and to the backside of the box component respectively.

Abstract: A balance beam for training gymnasts has been invented. The balance beam has the capability of absorbing the downward momentum of a gymnast landing on the beam and then providing a near equal upward thrust to the gymnast allowing greater heights and longer air time in an immediately following jump thus facilitating the quicker learning of gymnastic skills. To achieve this, the beam is supported within a frame of similar dimension as the beam. The components which support the beam within the frame are located at each end of the beam and consist of a special arrangement of springs and elastic straps which represent the embodiment of the invention.

Abstract: A supported roof tarp apparatus consisting of lengthwise and crosswise lying poles pinned together via four way connectors and pinning means and held at first ends of the lengthwise lying poles by roofing brackets positioned on a backside of a roof apex and held at second ends of the lengthwise lying poles by first vertically standing poles pinned after having been inserted within the second vertically standing poles held by a ground plate and guy wires to the ground with ground pinning means holding the ground plates and guy wires to the ground and a plurality of tarp components held by hook and fastener means to the lengthwise and crosswise lying poles with each tarp having slits cut into each about which flaps are stitched.

Abstract: An improved remote car starter shielding apparatus consisting of a hard, durable, quadrangular convexly shaped shielding component with a plurality of holes in it near the top edge thereof through which a key-ring component, also affixable to a remote car starter unit through a hole in the car starter unit, is inserted and with an elongated elastic banding component, the ends of which are insertable through each of two laterally positioned holes in the shielding component and thereafter respectively affixed to respective remnant portions of the body of the elongated elastic banding component, serving to facilitate affixation of the shielding component about and above the frontal aspect of the remote car starter unit by way of the elastic banding component being fitted about the body of the remote car starter unit.

Abstract: The instant invention is an insulated hollowed out cooler box with an insulated lid unit and with an external illumination system built into the frontal walling of the box which illumination system consists of a transparent plate covering a bulb filled with inert gas seated within the frontal walling with wiring affixed to the bulb leading to a manually operable switching unit and wiring leading therefrom to a terminal of a portable battery held within a compartment built into the frontal walling just behind where the bulb is seated and with wiring leading from the second terminal of the battery back to the bulb and with a cover plate serving to encase the battery within the compartment which said cover plate is affixable adjacent the switching unit in the top side of such frontal walling.
