    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a method and device for operating a circuit. In particular, embodiments of the present invention are directed to a method and device that may allow an observant Jew to operate a circuit on the Sabbath or on the Jewish holidays. Embodiments of the present invention may include a combination of mitigating factors which may allow an observant Jew to operate a circuit on the Sabbath or on a Jewish holiday.
