Abstract: A beverage bottle holder system that includes insulated structures for surrounding a beverage bottle and insulating the beverage bottle to reduce the rate of warming of the beverage bottle. The top insulated structure includes an easily operated flip top dispensing spout for sealing a beverage bottle. A number of freezable ice rod elements are provided which are insertable into one of the insulated structures.
