    Abstract: A method for breeding Musca Domestica includes placing imagoes of Musca Domestica in an environment having a temperature of 18-35° C. and having a humidity of 50-80%. A laying pan is provided to attract the imagoes of Musca Domestica to lay eggs in the laying pan. The laying pan includes substances capable of attracting the imagoes of Musca Domestica to lay eggs in the laying pan. The eggs are transferred into a cultivating material including at least one product of soybean and/or milk. The eggs of Musca Domestica are bred at a temperature of 20-35° C. until hatching into larvae. The larvae are placed on swine feces and bred at a temperature of 20-35° C. for 2-3 days. The yield and breeding speed of the larvae of Musca Domestica are increased by the method.

When the locating slots misalign with the locating holes, the inserted weight plates or coins can be retained in the locating slots. Accordingly, easy weight adjustment and cost-saving effect can be achieved without requiring users to purchase an entire set of disc weights. With incremental fine weight adjustment of weight plates and coins, users can quickly adapt to the adjusted weight, and the exercise injury caused by large increment of weight adjustment can be avoided.

The angle adjustment assembly is connected with one bar section of the lumbar support and the base. To tilt the lumbar support forward or backward, a pulling rod is pulled backward to bring the lumbar support into a free state where projections on corresponding surfaces of a positioning element and a moving element mounted around the pulling rod are pressed against each other to allow manual adjustment of the lumbar support for optimal support. When the pulling rod is pushed back, the lumbar support enters a locked state where the positioning element and the moving element are in projection-recess engagement.
