Abstract: An apparatus is provided with a storage medium having stored therein programming instructions that implement a set of communication services for receiving on behalf of a plurality of offeror content providers within a call service community, an indication from an offeree acknowledging acceptance of an offer to provide assistance presented to the offeree by one of the plurality of offeror content providers. In one embodiment, independent agents selectively facilitate assisting offerees based at least in part upon certain attributes specific to the offer and/or the offeree.

Abstract: An improved roof mirror assembly is provided. The roof mirror assembly of the invention is comprised of first and second mirror panels having first and second reflective surfaces and first and second back portions, respectively, the first and second mirror panels being joined together so that the first and second reflective surfaces are substantially perpendicular to each other, and at least one mounting block to complete the joining together of the first and second mirror panels into the roof mirror assembly and for mounting the assembly onto another structure, the at least one mounting block attached to both the first and second back portions of the mirror panels, wherein the back portions extend along the respective mirror panels in orientations that do not meet or intersect with the reflective surfaces.

Abstract: A system, signal and method for data backup. The method, comprising the steps of: identifying at least one data increment which was previously provided to a subscriber server or generated by a subscriber server and which is to be backed up; checking at least one service provider access server to determine if it has a copy of at least a portion of the identified data increment or can regenerate or replicate at least a portion of the identified data increment; and backing up the data increment using the copy or regenerated or replicated portion from the access server if it is found and otherwise using a copy sent from the subscriber server after the checking step.
