Abstract: A Formulation and Process for the Selective Control of Bermuda and other grasses in Bentgrass and St. Augustinegrass Turf is disclosed. The disclosed process and formulation will not leave bare holes in the turf being treated. The disclosed formulation will not leave a chemical residue that is harmful to the turf under treatment. Said disclosed process may be employed as a preventive measure, such that bermudagrass and the like will be prevented from re-sprouting in the turf after the initial eradication. Also disclosed is a formulation and process that includes a biodegradable surfactant. Said surfactant is applyable to plants when the ambient temperature is in excess of eighty degrees Fahrenheit (80.degree. F.) without harming the turf plants.

Abstract: An apparatus for tethering elongated members, such as cables, tubes and the like, to a human body, is disclosed. The tether is configurable to attach to various human appendages and includes an embodiment that is strong enough to support a heavy cable, such as a hospital ultrasound equipment cable. The tether can further accommodate various diameters of cables, tubes, cords and the like, including writing implements, and can be comprised of various alternative substances, including semi-rigid, soft and non-allergenic materials. A critical aspect of the present invention is that the cable, tube, cord and the like be quickly releasable from the body by tugging the cable, tube, cord and the like.

Abstract: A position-responsive information presentation system and control is disclosed. The disclosed system and control program automatically provides multimedia output that is responsive to a users location, speed, acceleration, and directional orientation. Also disclosed is a system that receives position information from various systems, including satellite global position systems. As disclosed, the system and control program may provide video, audio and tactile outputs to users.

Abstract: A forearm supported tray (33) includes one or more compartments (37a, 37b), a corrugated roll-on area (50) and handle means (39, 42) allowing securement and control by hand or part thereof. The tray is designed to add convenience and improve safety when used for painting, touching-up or similar applications particularly those performed on hard to reach areas when using a ladder or similar means.
