Abstract: A therapeutic device is provided having a housing unit and a LED pad, wherein in a first configuration, the housing unit is attached to the LED pad and in the second configuration, the housing unit is detached from the LED pad. The housing unit and LED pad can be removably attached using known fasteners, such as VELCRO. Alternatively, the housing unit and LED pad can be press fitted.

Abstract: A combination cone, collection rim and steamer tray placeable on a wide variety of conventional cooking pots and pans. The device permits a user to selectively prevent heat and/or moisture from escaping a cooking pot. The collection rim contains a reservoir that collects moisture and prevents it from returning to a cooking pot while the cone simultaneously retains most of the heat escaping from the pot upon which the cone and collection rim rests. The steamer tray permits a user to steam cook foods in combination with the cone which collects and returns moisture to a pot on which the cone and steamer tray rests.

Abstract: Food Preservation Container with a main container body and a circular lid. The lid has a built in on-off switch, air pump, ozone generator, timing circuit, pressure switch, vacuum switch, solenoid valve, power indicator light, vacuum indicator light, pressure indicator light and power supply. The container has a circular opening. The opening has a plurality of outwardly facing tabs about its circumference. The lid has a plurality of mating inwardly facing tabs that can interface with said outwardly facing tabs. The lid has a secondary floating inner lid, said inner lid having a soft rubber gasket attached to its perimeter, said inner lid capable of being forced toward the lip of said container opening by a cam attached to a hinged lever located on the front of said circular lid. The components contained within said lid arranged in such a way that said air pump automatically turns on when the user twists said lid onto said container opening thereby activating said on-off switch which turns on said pump.

Abstract: A footwear orthotic is disclosed having a plurality of removable inserts. The removable inserts are preferably provided in the metatarsal region and/or in the heel region. The inserts are designed to gradually train the user's feet to become comfortably accustomed to orthotic support. Each insert preferably has a different profile than the others. The user can select the insert with the most appropriate profile and securely position the insert in the footwear orthotic for use.

Abstract: An abdominal exercise machine is provided which includes a seat, which is pivotally linked to a base frame. At least one link includes a handle that can be actuated by a user sitting on the seat. The user presses the handle away from the seat by flexing the trunk muscles of the user. This curls the user's body into a flexed trunk position. As the handle is actuated forward, the linkage arrangement causes the seat to displace upward. This pushes the center of gravity of the user up, thereby doing work and thereby providing resistance to the movement caused by the exercise. The handle may be adjustable in position relative to the link, thereby varying the load used by the user. Foot supports may also be provided either in front of the seat or behind the seat. The foot supports may be mounted to the frame of the seat frame which supports the seat.

Abstract: A multi-blade blender is disclosed having a drive shaft, a gear system, and at least two blade assemblies. Each blade assembly includes a blade affixed to an end of a blade shaft. The blade shafts of the first, second and third blade assemblies are angled from the vertical position toward the container wall. The gear system engages at least one of the blade assemblies. The drive shaft engages the gear system and causes the blade assemblies to rotate in operation.

Abstract: A cleaning mechanism for a wire electrode of an air purifier device includes a base, a post having a first end attached to the base and a second end accessible from a location external the housing, a cleaning plate assembly attached to the base, wherein the cleaning plate assembly frictionally contacts the wire electrode when moved relative to the wire electrode. The cleaning plate assembly is movable within the housing when the second end of the post is moved from a resting configuration to a cleaning configuration.

Abstract: An air purifier device with an electrode assembly insertion lock comprises a housing, a removable electrode assembly, and a gravity-operated lock which prevents the removable electrode assembly from being inserted into the housing while the housing is in a vertical orientation, thereby preventing the electrode assembly from free-falling within the housing during insertion into the opening.

Abstract: A stir stick assembly is disclosed having a stir stick body with a control end and a stirring end, opposite the control end. The stir stick body includes a plurality of sections that are detachably mated together. The stir stick body further defines a passageway extending from the control end to the stirring end.
