Abstract: Reactor membranes for used in oxidation reactions of hydrocarbons involving oxygen comprising a selective oxidation catalyst on a mixed conducting, oxide ion selective ceramic membrane of the composition (Sr1-xCax)1-yAyMn1-zBzO3-&dgr;, where
A is Ba, Pb, Na, K, Y, an element of the lanthanide group or a combination thereof,
B is Mg, Al, Ga, In, Sn, an element of the 3d or 4d period or a combination thereof,
x is from 0.2 to 0.8,
y is from 0 to 0.4,
z is from 0 to 0.6, and
&dgr; is a number, dependent on x, y and z, that renders the composition charge neutral.

Abstract: Dioxazocine derivatives, their preparation and composition containing them, said derivatives being represented by the formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents hydrogen or alkyl having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms,R.sub.2 represents alkyl having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, andn is equal to 0 or 1,and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof formed with an inorganic or organic acid. Two different reactions are described for making these compounds. They can be formulated into pharmaceutical compositions in the usual manner and exhibit central nervous system affecting activities.
Abstract: A transparent window member for a tape cassette, which together with a reel pressure spring, forms a subassembly of the cassette. The reel pressure spring has a U-shaped central portion, the bight of the U being parallel to the plane of the spring arms, and the reel pressure spring having a longitudinal edge with two transverse slits spaced the same as the legs of the U of the central portion of the pressure spring. The central portion may thus be transversely inserted in the longitudinal edge of the window member and it thus forms a locating element for the pressure spring.

Abstract: Organic materials which contain from 0.001 to 10% by weight of an aminoreductone I ##STR1## where R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are H, methyl or ethyl and R.sup.4 is the radical of a naturally occurring .alpha.- or .beta.-aminoacid or of a C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl ester thereof or, in the case of an .alpha.-aminoacid, a lactone having a 2--OH group in the cyclohexenone ring, or R.sup.4 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 -alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by --OH, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -acyloxy, or is --(CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O).sub.n H, which may be etherified with a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkanol or esterified with a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -fatty acid, and where n is from 2 to 10, or a mineral salt thereof.Novel compounds Ia differ from I in having the radical R.sup.4a, where R.sup.4a is R.sup.4 with the exception of methyl. Compounds I are prepared by reacting the corresponding 2,3-dihydroxycyclohex-2-en-1-one with an amine HN(R.sup.3)R.sup.4 or a mineral acid salt thereof.
