Abstract: This is a design for a sliding glass door that provides the option to choose an opening right to left, or change to an opening left to right at anytime. The outside panel of the door can slide to either end of the opening and lock into place. The inside panel, sliding can slide to either end of the opening.

Abstract: Garage Door Track Lock to prevent overhead opening garage door from opening. Lock with Z Flange is placed securely through garage door vertical track on one side with back plate and shackle inserted through lock cylinder on opposing side and is securely in place above roller. When the lock secured in this way it prevents garage door opening. Lock cannot be cut with bolt cutters or pried off. Garage Door will be able to open when lock is unlocked with a key. The lock uses a Z Flange welded on Master Lock M46XKAD (or equivalent) and a round back plate is welded to the Master Lock shackle.

Abstract: A mango fruit holder consists of a sharpened pair of tines extending from a grip handle. A pommel is located in the handle at the end opposite the tines, with a pair of tangs extending from and forming part of the tines through the handle into abutment with the pommel. Impact blows directed against the pommel are thereby efficiently transmitted through the tangs to the sharpened tines, assisting the penetration of the hardened mango seed by the tines. By temporarily anchoring the tines within the mango seed a user is able to use the handle to hold the mango while peeling and removing the edible mango flesh.

Abstract: Motion or velocity stilts are provided a strapping system for attachment of the leg and foot of a user. An upper knee cuff uses dual straps that enwrap the leg and are secured by a front buckle and perimeter lengths of hook and loop fasteners. The hook and loop fasteners enable fore and aft leg positioning adjustments. The upper cuff is attached to the spring support utilizing a pair of knee braces that permit pivoting of the knee cuff as well as width adjustment for variation in user knee and leg diameters. The lower strapping system utilizes separate heel, instep, and toe straps to secure the foot to a foot plate.

Abstract: Assisting a player of a racket sport, such as tennis, in positional awareness of the racket head, both visually and physically, is disclosed by adding an axial extension to the racket handle, the axial extension of similar or greater length than that of the racket. Regardless of racket position, whether or not within the direct sight of the player, a visually obvious indicator located at the end of the extension permits positional awareness of the racket before, during, and after each swing. Such positional awareness can also be obtained when both the racket and visually obvious indicator at the end of the handle extension are not visible by physical contact, when any part of the handle extension touches the body indicating poor racket initial position, swing motion, or follow-through after each swing.

Abstract: A strip of dental articulating paper is held pincer-like between two biased lateral edges of an outer housing. A grip head overlying a liner protects one lateral edge of the dental articulating paper, with a linear tracing of petroleum jelly formed on the liner adjacent exposed surfaces on both sides of the dental articulating paper. During storage, the grip head is received by and between the two biased lateral edges of the housing. Immediately prior to use, the dental professional slowly removes the grip head from the housing, with the biased lateral edges pressing against the sides of the withdrawing articulating paper, spreading an even, thin film of petroleum jelly over the surfaces thereof.

Abstract: A tester for applying very fast transmission line pulses (“VFTLP”) to select pins of a device under test (“DUT”), for example, an integrated circuit. The tester also provides for leakage measurement testing of the DUT after VFTLP testing. An end of a coaxial cable is received within an aperture formed in a metal ground plane. The outer conductor of the coaxial cable is attached to the metal ground plane and the inner conductor of the coaxial cable projects above an upper surface of the metal ground plane. A grip attached to the metal ground plane selectively retains the DUT upon the upper surface of the metal ground plane in a position placing a select pin in physical contact with the projecting inner conductor of the coaxial cable, completing the VFTLP circuit.

Abstract: A rigid conduit has a hard plastic exterior surface and electrical metallic tubing as the interior surface. The hard plastic exterior forms a smooth male fitting at one end of the conduit and a smooth female fitting at the other end of the conduit. Chemical solvent adhesives join together adjacent conduit sections, the hard plastic male and female fittings fusing together. The interior surface of electrical metallic tubing protects the exterior hard plastic material from damage caused during cabling of the electrical raceways. The exterior hard plastic protects the rigid conduit from corrosive environments, such as underground installations.

Abstract: A method of playing a blackjack game permits a player to place an initial wager on either the player's hand or on the dealer's hand. If placed on the player's hand, play continues under traditional blackjack rules. If the initial wager is placed on the dealer's hand, play of the player's hand is substantially in accordance with the house rules for play of the dealer's hand. If both the player's hand and the dealer's hand bust when the bet is on the dealer's hand, a portion of the initial player bet is forfeited to maintain a house advantage.

Abstract: A method of playing a blackjack game permits a player to place two wagers, obtaining two blackjack hands, and a bonus wager to participate in a side bet. A dealer deals two up cards for each of the two wagers, and the side bet is resolved by evaluating the 4 up-cards in accordance with a predetermined hierarch of winning poker results. An alternative manner of play includes the dealer's up-card with the 4 up-cards of the player, with resolution obtained utilizing winning 5-card poker results.

Abstract: A leaching chamber having an arch-shaped cross-section, a pair of contiguously molded, opposing end walls, and alternating peak and valley corrugations along its length, is provided interior chambers and fluid communication openings along the base on each extending side of the chamber. Formed within the chamber at locations corresponding to each peak corrugation, an inner wall is attached to an interior surface and extends substantially within the peak corrugation to the base of the chamber. An aperture is formed in both the inner wall and in the opposing outer wall of the chamber, enabling fluid communication through the interior chamber—and thus into and out from the interior of the leaching chamber itself.

Abstract: A sensor measures the current in high frequency pulses (e.g., pulses having fast rise times) that are transported on coaxial transmission lines. The sensor includes an entrance coaxial conductor and an exit coaxial conductor that are interconnected by a continuous inner conductor. The outer conductors of the two coaxial conductors are interrupted and are interconnected by a sensing resistor with a substantially constant resistance. An output sensor coaxial conductor has an inner conductor electrically connected to a first end of the sensing resistor and has an outer conductor connected to a second end of the sensing resistor. Tapered ferrite cores are placed around the three coaxial conductors proximate the connections to the sensing resistor. Preferably, the sensing resistor is a tubular resistor formed on a dielectric cylindrical tube. The sensor is enclosed within a continuous conductive housing.

Abstract: A folding bed frame utilizes a spring support bracket that is located intermediate a bed support frame and a mattress support frame. Separate pairs of tensioning springs attach the spring support bracket to the bed support frame and to the mattress support frame. This tiered spring arrangement provides an enhanced counterweighting force to the mattress support frame, assisting a user when raising or lowering the bed. Additionally, a hanger is attached to a rear surface of a front panel to assist in the proper positioning of the panel prior to its attachment to the mattress support frame.

Abstract: A hand tool consisting of an outer grip having an elongate inner housing formed therein engages with wing knobs used to tighten and loosen hanging file clamps. The outer grip is provided with a plurality of planar elongate gripping surfaces to enable a user to apply greater force to the wing knobs, which are frequently over-tightened by previous users. A pair of lattitudinally extending inner frame members are used to form two receiving areas for the wing knobs, a central elongate recess receives wing knobs of smaller diameter. By vertically recessing the upper surfaces of the inner frame members, wing knobs of greater diameter are received within the entire elongate inner housing.

Abstract: A covered food container or serving platter incorporates a cover stand as part of the structure of the container. The cover may be temporarily stored on the stand while the user obtains access to the container. In one embodiment a central support extends from the serving platter and receives a central support shaft formed within the cover. When the cover is resting upon the platter, the shaft is fully received within the central support. As the cover is raised, the support shaft follows, and is gradually withdrawn from the central support. Projecting cam lobes are formed in a longitudinal manner on the surface of the support shaft, and support shaft stops project inwardly from the outer walls of the central support near the upper opening thereof.

Abstract: A fishing lure consisting of an arched hollow body with an interior bait chamber is provided. The interior chamber is divided into a buoyancy chamber and a bait chamber. A number of small openings are formed in the outer body to enable scent and bait particles to be broadcast from bait stored within the bait chamber as the lure is passed through the water. Access to the bait chamber is further provided by either a hinged cover or by a hinged connection formed in the lure body between the buoyancy chamber and the bait chamber. Access to the bait chamber is restricted while the lure is being passed through the water as a result of the water flow positioning either the cover or the hinged lure body over the opening to the bait chamber. Once removed from the water, access to the bait chamber is readily obtained through movement of either the cover or the hinged lure body for re-supplying bait prior to supplemental use of the lure.

Abstract: A personal misting umbrella consists of a water distribution tubing network that exists within the umbrella canopy. Its placement within and attachment to the spreader and rib umbrella canopy support structure enables the canopy to be operated in an unhindered manner within its stored and unfurled configurations as required by the user. Upon connection of the water distribution tubing network to a source of pressurized water, such as a personalized container-air pump combination, the user can selectively fill the canopy with a fine water mist, cooling the shaded air beneath the canopy through evaporative cooling.

Abstract: An inflatable insulating panel consisting of a plurality of sheetform polyolefin layers, and its manner of fabrication, is provided. An outer peripheral seal forms an inflatable panel, with an intermediate interconnected web of layers formed out of an array of alternating seams of attachment between the outer and intermediate adjacent layers. Upon inflation of the panel, the interconnected web expands to form a plurality of individual baffle chambers.

Abstract: A covered food container or serving platter incorporates a cover stand as part of the structure of the container. Another covered serving container utilizes a central support extending from the platter and a corresponding support that extends from the cover, with an interlocking possible at the maximum extension of each support, thus separating the cover from the platter. A further embodiment utilizes a pair of covers, one receivable upon another to enable a nesting storage with access available to the exposed container storage area. A surface rib and groove formed in corresponding surfaces of the two covers provides stability when in the nested configuration.

Abstract: A stilt having a multiple-articulating, three segment base provides enhanced stability and a better translation of walking forces. The intermediate base segment is attached to both toe and heel base segments in a manner that permits relative rotational movement between each segment. Providing an intermediate base segment having a length that is equal to or greater than the toe and heel base segments enables a more natural forward translation of walking forces, instead of requiring the heel to absorb most of the energy as in previous stilt designs.
