Abstract: A multisided card having at least two obverse faces and two reverse faces that are adjacent one another, can be used to print and store relatively insecure information of the obverse faces and to have more sensitive information stored and printed on the adjacent reverse faces. To protect privacy, a caricature or cartoon of an individual can be placed on an obverse face, which image cannot be read by facial recognition techniques but could be recognized by human observers. Many of the features of the card can be utilized in a virtual card that exists in machine memory or cyberspace. A virtual purse or wallet can be created in which to store such virtual cards.

Abstract: A spinning shoe having an upper and sole member in which the sole member has a spinning assembly in the forefoot. The spinning assembly is placed within a recess in the forefoot region of the sole member. Thus, the user may walk about in the spinning shoe in a normal mode or spin about a vertical axis by placing the user's weight on the forefoot region and then spin about on the vertical axis.

Abstract: The present invention provides a shoe having a multi-layer, multi-density midsole where the surfaces between midsole layers have one or more convexities and one or more concavities which collectively contribute to simulating the effect, and imparting the fitness benefits, of walking on a sandy beach or on a giving or uneven surface regardless of the actual hardness of the surface.

Abstract: An apparatus for pulling a section of an animal carcass from the carcass wherein the carcass is held using means for holding. The apparatus includes means for anchoring to the section of the carcass, and means for forcibly separating the means for anchoring from the means for holding, preferably in a substantially vertical downwards direction, and thereby remove the section from the carcass. According to preferred embodiments, the means for anchoring may be a hook or a gripper which clamps to the section of the carcass. A system including the apparatus and a corresponding method are also provided.
