  • Patent number: 7896645
Abstract: A system when installed in-line with a pollution source provides reduction and/or complete combustion of harmful emissions generated there from. Such emissions including (but not limited to) compounds such as oxides of nitrogen, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, odors, organic and inorganic particulates. The pollution source can be of any type, such as smoke from a smokestack, engine exhaust, etc. The re-burner system is of very simple construction, is extremely energy efficient and does not require any moving parts or maintenance, respectively.

  • Patent number: 7104645
Abstract: A specially designed eyewear system is provided. The frame or clip element utilizes multi-filament cable in order to define the lens openings. Such cable is both flexible and strong so that it can easily wrap around the lens elements during assembly. Various types of locking units or assemblies can be used once the cable is wrapped around the lens element in order to maintain engagement of the cable around the lens.

  • Patent number: 6560940
Abstract: A two-piece bracket adapted to resist forces in both tension and compression. The tension/compression bracket is formed from stamped, plate steel and is preassembled by clinching. The tension/compression bracket provides a range of adjustability of attachment to allow for a limited range of placement of other components that attach to the tension/compression bracket. In one embodiment, the tension/compression bracket includes a resilient resistance to tension forces. The resilient resistance is provided by a high spring constant coil spring. The resilient resistance provides a limited degree of movement under tension. The limited degree of movement is chosen by component selection to be non-damaging.

  • Patent number: 5996996
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of sorting and transferring components, such as computer chips. The method comprises sorting a plurality of components into a plurality of separate groups, wherein each component in a common group has a common property, and depositing each of the groups of components into separate receptacles. The receptacles are then marked and one a plurality of bins for receiving components transferred from the marked receptacle is also marked. The group of components from the marked receptacle is then transferred to the marked bin.
