Abstract: Elements of the present invention relate to systems and methods for generating, modifying and applying backlight array driving values. In some embodiments, color ratios are used to determine backlight array driving values that reduce color shift at side-view angles. In some embodiments, backlight color values may be adjusted to also reduce color shift from side-view angles.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to creation, modification and implementation of dither pattern structures applied to an image to diminish contouring artifacts. Some aspects relate to dither pattern structures with pixel values in a first color channel pattern that are spatially dispersed from pixel values in a corresponding pattern in a second color channel. Some aspects relate to application. Some aspects relate to systems and apparatus for creation and application of these dither pattern structures comprising pixel values dispersed across color channels.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for maintaining imaging device (IDev) accounting data in the event that an imaging device's primary accounting server becomes unavailable. Some aspects relate to the use of a lightweight accounting backup server (LABS) that may reside on an imaging device, a networked computer or another computing device for the purpose of storing and communication accounting data when a primary accounting server fails.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for imaging device display content localization. Some aspects relate to methods and systems for sending geographical-locale-related information from an imaging device to a remote computing device where the geographical-locale-related information is matched with related data comprising a language and at least one of a time format, a date format, an address format, a calendar format, a currency type and a geographical-locale-related cultural custom, which is then sent to the imaging device for output to a user.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for providing remote file structure data access to an imaging device user interface. Some aspects relate to methods and systems wherein a request for file structure data is sent from an imaging device (IDev) to a remote computing device (RCD) that is capable of retrieving and converting file structure data. Some aspects relate to reading the file structure data of a remote resource and converting that file structure data to a format that is compatible with an IDev user interface (UI). The converted file structure data may then be received by the IDev and displayed at the IDev UI.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention comprise systems and methods for design and use of web-based applications for account management. Some embodiments may comprise a virtual agent or avatar as part of an account collection or management web application. Some embodiments may comprise applications, utilities and tools for account-related web resource design.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for modifying and managing form documents with an application that receives input from an imaging device user interface and from other sources. Some aspects relate to an input field definition file that obtained or generated at a device that is remote to the imaging device and which comprises display parameters and UI options for prompting a user for field input and as well as instructions for obtaining field data from other sources.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for imaging device dynamic document creation and organization. Some aspects relate to imaging device dynamic document creation and organization, wherein a document format, a dynamic field structure and document static content are selected on an imaging device user interface and combined to form a dynamic document on the imaging device. Some aspects of the present invention relate to imaging device dynamic document creation and organization, wherein dynamic document menu options are sent to an imaging device from a remote computing device.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to methods and systems for managing and allocating bandwidth in a communication medium. Some aspects relate to the determination of bit usage patterns for use in allocating bandwidth. Some aspects relate to the further determination of a derived usage pattern from the bit usage patterns and allocation of tone-slots within the derived usage pattern.
Abstract: Aspects of the present invention comprise systems, methods and devices for providing document management through the use of an imaging device. Some aspects relate to transmission and receipt of imaging device user interface menu content from a remote computing device to an imaging device and document management functions performed on documents received through the imaging device. In some embodiments, document management functions are provided through a remote computing device in communication with an imaging device.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to systems, methods and devices for sending content to an imaging device display using a browser and an embedded application. Some aspects relate to an interruptive process whereby a browser process is interrupted in order to display new browser content. Some aspects relate to an interruptive process whereby alarm or error content is pushed to the browser.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention comprise systems and methods for adjusting image color values to accommodate a different color gamut. In some embodiments, colors within a skin-color region are preserved while colors outside the skin-color region are stretched to fill the new color gamut.
