A play key operation detecting means which detects that the play key is on in a power-off state and outputs a detecting signal and a play operation practical means which practices the play operation together with supplying the power to the indicator portion, tape deck, servo circuit and the video-audio circuit based upon the detecting signal outputted from the play key detecting means.
