Abstract: A device for supporting an item of food, comprising a base member having a center longitudinal axis and a center lateral axis, and a plurality of first support members disposed on each side of the center longitudinal axis of the base member. The first support members are attached to the base member and substantially perpendicular thereto. The first support members having a food supporting edge sloping downward toward the longitudinal axis of the base member.
