  • Patent number: 6188762
Abstract: A web call center system which provides automatic access to and retrieval of data from a remote or local web host by a call center operator upon receipt of a telephone call. The web call center includes a switch (PBX), a computer workstation, a telephone, a data link, a network server, computer/telephony integration (CTI) software, a network router, and application software to process the DNIS data and access the corresponding local application or web site data. In use, a call is received by the call center PBX, which routes the voice component to a telephone at a particular workstation location and the DNIS, ANI and Destination DN components, through its data link, to an external data link which, in turn, passes them to the network server wherein CTI software resides.

  • Patent number: 6099256
Abstract: A propeller/impeller blade adapted to propel a vehicle or other device, create a vacuum, or move a medium, comprising a generally flat strip-like member having first and second opposite ends joined together to form a pair of contiguous loops with a generally figure eight configuration about its longitudinal axis. The upper and lower surfaces of the loops are continuous throughout its figure eight configuration and structured so that if one were to trace along the upper surface longitudinally in a single direction, they will return to the same location on the upper surface from where they began without traversing the lower surface. In use, the pair of loops are mounted on the shaft of the desired device so that each loop is disposed symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of the shaft and the longitudinal axis of the pair of loops is disposed in perpendicular relation to the longitudinal axis of the shaft.

  • Patent number: 5788613
Abstract: A portable and adjustable boxing speed bag apparatus comprising a hollow base having a chamber defined by a top wall and surrounding side walls and sized to fit over and accept a structure therein, first and second generally U-shaped support brackets mounted to the side walls of the base so that the first and second ends of the first bracket are aligned in vertical relation with each other and the first and second ends of the second bracket are aligned in vertical relation with each other, a punching bag, a generally flat mounting surface secured to the first and second brackets so that the mounting surface lies in a generally horizontal orientation when the structure is seated within the chamber, a generally S-shaped hook having an upper end zone attached to the mounting surface and an opposite lower end zone attached to the punching bag, and at least one strap for securing the base to a structure, such as a boxing heavy bag.
