Abstract: A gear-shifting safety device is provided for an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), including a gear lever, a gear-shifting hub shaft, a gear-shifting gear set, and a reversing bar. An end of the gear-shifting hub forms a step on which a block is provided. The block and the step form a stop face therebetween. The reversing bar has an end forming a stop section that is positionable on the step and is selectively in abutting engagement with the stop face so that to change to the reversing position, the reversing bar must be first actuated to disengage the stop section thereof from the stop face, allowing the switching fork to move to the reversing position on a position chute of the gear-shifting hub, thereby eliminating the damage of accidentally switching to reversing during the forward movement of the vehicle.
Abstract: A torque control circuit includes a motor driving circuit, a motor operating current detection circuit, a reference voltage generation circuit, a maximum motor current setting circuit, a torque setting circuit, an information output circuit, a regulated-voltage power supply circuit, a motor operating temperature detection circuit, and a control circuit. The control circuit includes an integrated circuit to carry out functions of reading information detection sources, processing, and instruction for execution of torque control and output terminals of the reference voltage generation circuit, the maximum motor current setting circuit, the motor operating temperature detection circuit, and the motor impedance torque setting circuit are respectively connected to corresponding input terminals of the integrated circuit to carry out desired control of torque supplied to the impact tool.
Abstract: A brake mechanism is provided on one of four corners of a rectangular base of an operating table. Each brake mechanism has a cam fixed by a rotating shaft, an a hydraulic cylinder and a braking post. When braking, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the cam to rotate, and the cam abuts the braking post to press against the floor. Wheels on the base of the operating table depart upward a distance from the floor for braking. Detecting sheets are provided on the rotating shafts of two brake mechanisms which stand on the same sides. The detecting sheets match detectors to control action of the hydraulic cylinders.
Abstract: The cup rack contains at least a lower rail suspended by at least two connection members. The connection members could be affixed to a bottom surface of a shelf or ceiling, or they could be slidably positioned in a pair of parallel upper rails. A number of hook members are hung across the lower rail. The positioning of the hook member is achieved by a bolt running through the hook member and into a block slidably positioned in the lower rail. Depending on how the block is oriented, the hook member could be locked to the lower rail or the hook member could be slid freely along the lower rail.
Abstract: The resilient device contains two intermediate plates stacked and sandwiched between two outer plates. The intermediate plates have a center opening for accommodating a rotational seat and a spiral spring in the gap between the rotational seat and the intermediate plates. The ends of the spiral spring are attached to the rotational seat and the intermediate plates, respectively. An axle of a door knob or a door handle runs through the outer plates and engages a saw-toothed center opening of the rotational seat. When the door handle or door knob is turned, the spiral spring is tightened as the rotational seat is turned along with the door handle or door knob. When the door handle or door knob is released later, the spiral spring expands and therefore restores the door handle or door knob back to its original, un-turned state.
Abstract: A steering device for steering front wheels of a four-wheeled vehicle is disclosed, comprising a steering wheel, a steering column, a lower column, and a steering gear box. The lower column is coupled via universal joints to the steering column and the steering gear box. The steering gear box includes a housing in which a rack and a screw rod are accommodated. The rack has an end coupled via a spherical joint to a tie rod, which is jointed to the front wheel. The spherical joint includes an anti-loosening washer. The housing has an inside surface forming a step over which a sleeve is fit for being engageable with the anti-loosening washer of the spherical joint to form a constraint to an inward travel of the spherical joint of the tie rod into the housing so as to set a constraint to steering angle of the front wheel.
Abstract: An ejection and stamping device is arranged at one side of an upper die of a vertical die casting machine and include a base on which first and second pistons are arranged. The first piston is coupled to a stamping board, while the second piston is coupled to an ejection board. When a casting of a die casting process is not completely solidified, the first piston drives the stamping board to carry out a localized stamping operation of a portion of the casting and then the second piston is operated to drive the ejection board for ejecting out the casting. In this way, local density and strength of the casting are enhanced and the product quality of the casting is notably improved.

Abstract: A detachable bamboo material-based storage container includes two side panels each having a substantially rectangular open frame made of bamboo and multiple bamboo slats transversely mounted in the rectangular open frame, a bottom panel detachably coupled between the two side panels by means of a tenon-and-mortise joint, a -shaped bamboo frame bar inserted through one side panel and forced into engagement with the other side panel and used as a handle of the storage container, multiple bamboo rod members detachably connected between the two side panels by means of a plug joint, and pins bilaterally vertically inserted through respective vertical through holes on the bamboo rod members and the -shaped bamboo frame bar and fitted into respective pinholes on the bottom panel.
Abstract: A fast looping-up and releasing rope loop assembly includes two one-way locking devices, at least one band, and a buckle. The one-way locking device includes a body constituted by a base and a cover. The one-way locking device allows the pull rope to extend therethrough and to move with respect thereto along a single direction. By inserting the pull rope through a rope entry opening of the base of the one-way locking device and further extending the rope around a rotary disk and a rotary wheel arranged inside the locking device and extending out of the locking device, the one-way locking device that locks the movement of the rope in an opposite direction is completed. When the rope is jammed due to excessive tightening, a presser of the buckle is depressed to release the one-way locking device from the jamming condition so that efficient loop-up and release can be realized.
Abstract: A process for preparing bitumen bale for clean, safe, eco-friendly and cost-effective packing, storing and transporting of viscous bitumen products and the products thereof is delineated in the present disclosure. The bituminous products are introduced into a baling process line. The cooling efficiency is enhanced by utilizing the process. Viscous bitumen products are made in the form of spiral bitumen bale. “BituBale Film capsules” are produced by the process. Polymer additives are added to bitumen/asphalt, by the process, to enhance the durability and to get good gripping surfaces. The process enhances the homogenous nature of the products. The process for preparing bitumen bale for clean, safe, eco-friendly and cost-effective packing, storing and transporting of viscous bitumen products is a clean, safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective method.
Abstract: A parking device comprises a trolley, two guide rails located on the trolley, shanks on each of the guide rails and a drive unit located on the trolley, in which, numbers of round transmission bodies are arranged adjacently and alternately between the inner side of the shanks, the transmission bodies are strung as an array and each of the arrays coupled with the shanks by a shaft respectively, furthermore, whether the odd arrays or the even arrays of the transmission bodies are strung and coupled with the shanks. As a result, the clearance resulting from the sedate array is filled up by the alternated spaced array of the transmission bodies, while the two opposite sides of the transmission bodies from the forked butt joint in the ends. Therefore, the parking device stabilizes the transmission of the car and shortens the transmission time.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a socket structure of current-rectifiable lamp string and especially is aimed at a socket set with rectification diodes. Its features are that one pin of the left and right rectification diodes along with wires inside the socket are clamped on the left and right terminals and the other pins are rivet-assembled with one conductive connector to form a mutually conducting status. It thus can solve the problem of inconvenience in constructing caused by the former welding method.
Abstract: An aqua-lamp-based candle-like lighting device includes a stand accommodating therein an incandescent lamp assembly that is engageable with a power source to generate heat. The stand has an open end in which an aqua-lamp base that defines an internal chamber is mounted. An illuminator for lighting purposes is arranged at an opening of the chamber. Thus, the heat generated by the incandescent lamp assembly is employed to cause a liquid contained in the aqua lamp base to flow and show a shining effect; and the illuminator of the internal chamber serves as a twinkling night lamp. As such, the aqua-lamp-based candle-like lighting device shows dual interests of visual effects in both light twinkling and liquid flowing.
Abstract: An optoelectronic handhold includes a light-transmitting light emission portion and also has a touch control module, which includes a micro-switch for activating a power source to drive operation of an illuminator. A connection base includes a hollow structure having an end receiving therein the touch control module and coupled to the light-transmitting light emission portion and an opposite end forming a mounting portion for coupling with other structures for firm positioning. When a pull is applied to the handhold, the micro-switch is actuated to have the touch control module activating the illuminator to give off light traveling to and through the light-transmitting light emission portion for providing decoration.
