Abstract: An electronic entertainment system for creating a video sequence by executing video game camera behavior based upon a video game sound file includes a memory configured to store an action event/camera behavior (AE/CB) database, game software such as an action generator module, and one or more sound files. In addition, the system includes a sound processing unit coupled to the memory for processing a selected sound file, and a processor coupled to the memory and the sound processing unit. The processor randomly selects an AE pointer and a CB pointer from the AE/CB database. Upon selection of the CB pointer and the AE pointer, the action generator executes camera behavior corresponding to the selected CB pointer to view an action event corresponding to the selected AE pointer.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for enhancing the security of a cluster box unit which includes a protective enclosure, internal cabinetry, door, hinge and locking system. The cluster box unit may also include outgoing mail compartment doors that are heavily constructed and rigidly reinforced, with the locks carried thereon protectively shielded, and with the extensible bolts of these locks being engaged by brackets that not only lock the outgoing mail compartment doors but also the master loading doors of the cluster box units. The cluster box unit may also include master loading doors are provided with hinges that extend the full height of the doors—hinges that are defined by pivotally interfitting elements of extrusions that very sturdily mount the master loading doors, that prevent prying or bending the doors in the vicinities of their hinges.

Abstract: A non-volatile-memory-transistor based lookup table for an FPGA includes a n:1 multiplexer. A one input non-volatile-memory-transistor based lookup table is coupled to each of the n data inputs of the multiplexer. The multiplexer has X inputs wherein n=2X as is known in the art. A sense amplifier is coupled to the output of the multiplexer.

Abstract: A shared services hub is provided that allows a software application that is related to a given postal product, to access, translate, and communicate information related to a second postal service or module. A customer accessing the Postal Service website for a particular postal product, such as for example the Parcel Post or Global Express Mail, can then access further information. A communications link is established from the software application, through a shared services hub, to a software module. Information on the software module, such as for example, postage, shipping rules, or tracking information, is then translated and communicated through the software application in a compatible format. The shared services hub thus allows a plurality of information on software modules to be accessed through a plurality of product applications, regardless of communication protocols used by the software modules.

Abstract: A decontamination bag is positioned in the interior space of a public mailbox. The decontamination bag receives mail that is deposited in the mailbox. A postal worker, upon retrieving mail from the mailbox, closes the decontamination bag. The decontamination bag is equipped with an exit valve and an intake valve. Air from the interior of the bag may be sampled for contaminants that may be carried by letters or mailpieces through an exit valve. A decontaminating agent may be introduced to the interior of the decontamination bag through the intake valve. The contents of the decontamination bag are thereby purified within the bag. After decontamination, the contents of the decontamination bag may be purged and fresh air may be reintroduced into the bag. The decontamination bag may then be opened in order to retrieve its contents.
