Abstract: An assembly for covering a grill of an air conditioning vent in the winter comprises a cover having a frame that may have a hole on a top surface and sides including a compressible material along its perimeter for sealing a vent area. In one preferred embodiment, the assembly includes an elastic cord having a looped end and a free end, the looped end being of adjustable size and having two hooks slidably connected to the cord. The hooks are configured to attach to the grill and pulling the free end of the cord tightens the looped end and the hooks. The free end may be attached to the cover so that sliding a barrel lock up the cord urges the cover against the vent area and prevents unwanted upward hot air flow and downward cold air flow in the winter when the air conditioning system is not in use.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel multi-functional nanocomposite additive made from rare earth element complex modified organic clay which is called MFNA and methods for making and using the same, particularly in applications of coating manufacture industry. Such MFNA-modified coatings have desired features and improved physical and mechanical properties comparing the current available coatings.

Abstract: A portable and adjustable unique organizer device for hanging on the top of wall(s) or panel(s) and a method of using the device are disclosed. The device has a frame structure with shelves and bars to store and organize various accessories or hygiene items particularly used in showers. The shelves and bars are adjustable by snapping snap-in knobs into different snap-in holes built in the frame structure.

Abstract: A convenient ticket scraper is comfortable for use in scraping various surfaces and consists of a main body with a guitar pick shape and an arcuate protruding blade. The main body has a banana shaped key ring hole in one end and the arcuate protruding blade with the thickness of a coin in the other end. There is an even beveled area covered by rubber on each side of the main body for a thumb and a forefinger. An appealing version of this scraper is also disclosed.
