  • Patent number: 3959939
Abstract: A building structure of either single or multi-story construction employs wall panels and columns each of which may be fabricated as at a factory and transported to the building site and there erected in a generally modular mode of operation.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 20, 1974
Date of Patent: June 1, 1976
    Inventor: John S. Hodge
  • Patent number: 3950745
Abstract: An electrical warning and switching system employs an assembly, provided with an electromagnetic assembly, a plurality of connector terminals, plurality of diode means and a plurality of electrical connectors or terminals for connection within an overall system. Means are employed sensitive to various parameters to be sensed and additional means effective to convey a waring signal or a control function in the event of the occurrence of a predetermined condition within such various parameters.

  • Patent number: 3940144
Abstract: A device for at all times properly spacing the golfer's feet and at the same time causing the golfer to maintain his knees flexed and allowing him to shift his weight during the backstroke and down swing, the device being constructed so as to be convenient for use while actually playing golf, as opposed to devices intended merely for training, and comprising a belt (or elements such as clips removably attachable to the golfer's belt at each hip) and an elongated flexible, substantially non-stretching member extending between the belt hip positions, the member being of a length such that it is taut when the golfer stands thereon with his feet properly spaced and knees flexed, the member extending from one hip, under the spaced feet and up to the other hip, a more complete form of the device having members for adjustment of the length of the member to accommodate golfers of varying physical configuration and to accommodate proper foot spacing relative to the particular golf club (woods to short irons) being use

  • Patent number: 3934515
Abstract: A transportation system is comprised of a first closed loop passenger and cargo transporter section with such section being ideally intended to operate at a substantially constant speed, and a second closed loop passenger transfer section with such section being intended to operate, generally between the first closed loop and a related stationary passenger platform, as to cyclically maintain a speed equivalent to the constant speed of the first closed loop, then decelerate until it is stationary with respect to the related stationary passenger platform and then accelerate until it is again at the speed of the first closed loop transporter section. Passengers and cargo may, during the time that the transfer section is stationary with respect to the passenger platform, transfer from the platform onto the then stationary transfer section (or if getting off of the system, transfer from the then stationary transfer section onto the platform).
