Abstract: An SRAM according to the present invention includes a voltage-down circuit and an internal circuit. The voltage-down circuit includes three resistors, two PMOS transistors and an NMOS transistor. One PMOS transistor directly applies an external power supply voltage to the internal circuit. The NMOS transistor applies a voltage obtained by reducing the external power supply voltage by a threshold voltage thereof to the internal circuit. The value of a predetermined voltage as a condition for switching such application of the voltage by the PMOS transistor and application of the voltage by the NMOS transistor is determined by the resistance ratio of the two resistors. Each of the three resistors is formed by a plurality of resistance elements of one kind. Thus, even if the process parameter varies, the ratio of the resistance values of the two resistors which determines the switching point can be kept constant, thereby preventing variation in switching point.
Abstract: A disposable absorbent article such as a disposable diaper including first stretchable side flaps extending over transversely opposite outer zones of the diaper and second stretchable side flaps functioning as liquid-barriers each having a proximal edge and a distal edge arranged so as to define an exposed zone of a topsheet along each of transversely opposite side edge surfaces of a liquid-absorbent core and thereby, if a quantity of liquid excretions gets over the distal edge of the second side flaps, it can be absorbed by the liquid-absorbent core through the exposed zones.
Abstract: A flipper ball game apparatus includes: a ball shooting mechanism for shooting a ball into a playfield; starting condition determiner for determining satisfaction of game starting conditions satisfied by operation of a start button by a player under such conditions, for example, that coins are deposited into the apparatus; and a shooting mechanism automatically controller responsive to a determination output of the starting condition determiner for driving the ball shooting mechanism to automatically flip and shoot the ball. This structure enables the pinball to be automatically flipped into the playfield without any shooting operation conducted by the player.
Abstract: An electronic water flow control device, which includes a mini-scale electrical generator which changes the mechanical energy from water flow into electrical energy for storage in a battery and for further use in driving a motor, by means of the control of a control circuit, to carry a piston rod to move forward or backward through the operation of a speed reducing gear set, so as to push a ball valve away from a water inlet for the passing therethrough of water flow or permit such a ball valve to block up the water inlet.
Abstract: A comparing device comprises a first CMOS inverter (6) for detecting a difference between a voltage to be compared (Vin) and a reference voltage (Vref), a second CMOS inverter (9) connected directly to the first CMOS inverter (6) and a third CMOS inverter (11) connected directly to the second CMOS inverter (9), the input of the first CMOS inverter (6) and the output of the third CMOS inverter (11) being connected through a transmission gate (22). The current-driven capacity of the first CMOS inverter (6) is selected to be larger than that of the second inverter (9) and that of the third inverter (11) so that the difference between the voltage to be compared (Vin) and the reference voltage (Vref) can be detected precisely at high speed.
Abstract: A steering device is disclosed. It has a steering shaft which is designed to rotate together with the steering wheel. A fixed member fixed to the car body is provided to surround the steering shaft. A stationary member is also provided to surround the steering shaft. A rotary member is rotatably supported by the steering wheel for traveling around the periphery of the fixed member. It also has a timing belt wound around the peripheries of the fixed member, stationary member and rotary member for operatively connecting them.
