Abstract: An ink-jet recording sheet, comprising a support having thereon a porous ink receiving layer, the porous ink receiving layer including inorganic particles, a hydrophilic binder and a polymer, wherein the polymer has a plurality of carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds, provided that the unsaturated bonds are non-aromatic; the polymer has a recurring unit derived from butadiene or isoprene.
Abstract: An electrophotographic image forming method is disclosed. A latent image on a photoreceptor is developed to form a toner image on the photoreceptor by a developer and the toner image is transferred to a recording material or an intermediate transfer element, and the developing and the transferring are performed while regulating a contact angle of the photoreceptor with water within ±5° of an average contact angle by applying a surface energy-lowering agent on the surface of the photoreceptor.
Abstract: A method for preserving an ink-jet, including a step of: keeping the ink-jet ink in a sealed container having a ratio of water of 1.50 to 5.00 weight % measured with Karl-Fischer method in an inside portion of the sealed container, wherein the ink-jet ink includes a cationic polymerizable monomer and an initiator, and the ink-jet ink is curable by irradiation with an active energy ray.
Abstract: Double-pass pushbutton, able to act successively on one or both independent microswitches (M1), (M2), where the body shell and the pushbutton have a leaktight and flexible cap mounted between them, which hermetically seals the joint without interfering with the guided axial movement of the pushbutton, with respect to the body to be activated, or stopping the operator's action; it has two contact stops at different heights, for their successive contact with the relative rnicroswitches when moved linearly; and there are means between the body shell and the pushbutton for the successive positioning of the pushbutton. The pushbutton is especially useful in control pushbutton panels.

Abstract: In a toner image forming method, toner contains toner particles having a shape coefficient falling within a range of 1.0 to 1.6 in an amount of 65% by number or more and the toner particles has a variation coefficient of the shape coefficient of 16% or less. In a step of cleaning residual toner remaining on the image carrying member after the step of transferring; the cleaning step includes a step of removing electrostatically residual toner by brining a cleaning roller in contact with a surface of the image carrying member and by applying a bias voltage between the cleaning roller and the image carrying member, and a step of removing mechanically residual toner by bringing a tip end of a cleaning blade in contact with a surface of the image carrying member at a position downstream of the cleaning roller in terms of the rotating direction of the image carrying member.
Abstract: A cellulose ester film is disclosed which comprises a polyhydric alcohol ester, which is an ester of one or more kinds of monocarboxylic acids with an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol, wherein the cellulose ester film has a water vapor transmission rate of from 20 to 260 g/m2·24 hours measured under conditions of 25° C. and 90% RH.
Abstract: The invention relates to a pre-filled injection device for injecting a liquid or semisolid composition into a subject, said injection device comprising: a housing (1) containing at its distal end the liquid or semisolid composition (2), a plunger (3) arranged to slide within the housing (1) to which is affixed a plunger stick (7) extending longitudinally from the plunger to the outside of the housing (1), a hollow needle (4) affixed to the distal end of the housing (1), said needle (4) connecting the interior part of the housing (1) with the outside where it extends longitudinally, and an airtight needle shield (5) which protects said needle (4), characterized in that said device further comprises a cap (6) designed to fit around the housing's proximal end and to fully cover said plunger stick (7), said cap (6) both preventing its accidental pushing or breakage before use and being adapted to receive the injection device once the injection into the subject has been carried out.

Abstract: A dispensing apparatus and an aerosol type dispenser therewith for discharging contents stored in a measured chamber effectively. The dispensing apparatus is comprised of a cylindrical portion for providing a circular recess portion which keeps a part of the contents in the measured chamber and a cylindrical skirt for providing a detour in the circular recess portion. The cylindrical portion and/or the cylindrical skirt form grooves so as to make a sectional area for flowing contents smaller. In mode in use, the upstream contents positioned inside space of the cylindrical skirt take a long way around the circular recess portion at high speed and high pressure, therewith contents settled in the circular recess portion are forced to sent to the passage of the valve stem certainly.
