Abstract: A method in treating aqueous feedstream in diverse plant site environments is disclosed for improving filter flux rates, cleaning filter media and prolonging useful operative life of media. In preferred embodiments the method is provided with steps for contacting, reacting, pressurizing and equalizing ozone and feedstream within a central area or multiple areas and sustaining high pressure throughout the system to achieve qualitatively and quantitatively improved permeate products, and reject for recycle. The method and system provide an improved cleaning and processing system characterized by an ozone-concentrated, homogeneous single phase liquid conversion of a generated ozone gas mixture and a feedstream source containing organic and inorganic pollutants. The method improves and monitors ozone oxidizing power and reflecting ORP values, and provides further media cleaning and improved oxidation reactions for attack on pollutants on each cycle/recycle operation.

A coupled or secured pathway or stairway structure is also provided in preferred embodiment for entrance to the play area of the invention's recreational-play enclosure.
Abstract: A grade list and averaging, hand-held calculator is disclosed for use by teachers and others in quickly determining the numeric grade of a test-exam, or equal parts constituting a ‘whole’ to be analyzed, and the average of past numeric grades. In the determination of the numeric grade of a test-exam, for example, the calculator allows the entry of the total number of problems on the test, and, corresponding to this total number of problems, displays first and additional lists of potential numeric percentage grades correlating to respective first and additional ranges of problems wrong within the original number of problems on a test entered into the calculator. Each of the first and additional lists are displayed simultaneously as multiple numeric grades, one after the other on the display of the calculator. In one embodiment, ten potential grades are viewed simultaneously.

Abstract: A dusting attachment device is disclosed for use in interaction with a line or connection hose of a suction or blowing type cleaning system. The invention is provided with a core unit with base and apex ends and three lengthwise oriented portions. The core has a cone, truncated cone, pyramid or truncated pyramid shape, in preferred embodiments. The invention's core is provided with a selected functional patterning of air apertures which extend through the core's outboard and inboard surfacing and communicate with the core's central air channel. As patterned, each of the air apertures have an interstitial space portion between each other, which sets forth air apertures and interstitial spaces on the outboard and inboard surfaces of the core's apex end and first two portions. The apertures are also arranged in sequence and position in relation to one another.
Abstract: A self-adjusting magnetic therapeutic band device, assembly, system and method of use is disclosed for use on, or in interaction with, a living penile organ of a human or animal. The invention is provided with differentially elastic layers and like fabricated or elastic layerings in embodiments of the invention as part of a securement or band-like piece, for securement, pocketing, and various spacings between, positioned magnetic groupings and magnetic components of embodiments of the invention, utilizing their opposing and like magnetic polar charges, to position the invention in contact with, and adjustment to, the changing sizes of a flaccid or erectile penile organ. The invention also contemporaneously provides a therapeutic magnetic field to tissue and anatomy adjacent or proximate to a pre-selected installation site on a penile organ.
Abstract: A deflecting and protective shield guard device, system and method of manufacturing and use is disclosed for utilization on or interaction with the lower or distal and proximately middle areas of a user's limb, when a user is exposed to a work environment where equipment is being used, or where ground or airborne particles, substances or debris are being emitted. The device has a shield body having connecting pairs of positionally opposing, end sections and lateral portions; and outboard and inboard surfaces. One end section is arced in shape, the other is sinusoidal, or in the nature of a periodic function curve having maximum peak and minimum sulcate portions; and each of the lateral portions is provided with configurations which exhibit wave-curve segment, arced, and linear, areas.

Abstract: A cosmetic and therapeutic mask assembly with an accessible and positionable magnetic pocket system is disclosed for use in interaction with and treatment of a face, head or other body area of a human or animal treatment subject. The invention is provided with an elastic support pattern of one or more layers which is provided with an integral or multi-ported space designed to fit adjacently to sense organs or other body areas, or skin or tissue. A number of subassemblies having accessible fluted pivot pockets, each having access grooves, arranged in series or by virtue of other configurations, are positioned close to the perimeter of the pivot space and affixed to the support pattern.
Abstract: An audibly reporting and contemporaneous pressure-relief, automatic tire assembly is disclosed for use in interaction with preexisting valve core stems on a tire of other vessel or with conventional tire rim inflation holes. The assembly of the invention has a channeled valve body having a moving inside pin, and communication from within its channel to a sound board emission port having check-reed position groove at its other end. A pressure-sensitive arc-like mechanism is provided, fabricated to provide an inwardly closing force equivalent to a preselected pressure limit desired for a respective tire or air/fluid-pressured container. This mechanism is mounted in relation to the valve body and supported by a hollow and ported collar so that it seats and exerts closing force against an exposed portion of the check-reed which sits and can move within its position groove.
Abstract: A Self-contained, portable therapy and game case assembly having sliding and opening sections and compartments and portions of the therapy assembly which can be utilized together or separately is disclosed. The therapy assembly is provided for use with various symbolized or illustrated inlay and sliding sheets, for testing and prompting selected skills and associative thinking. The invention is provided as a coupled and portably transportable first and second subassemblies.
Abstract: A protective windshield guard and combination support surface assembly is disclosed, for use in many diverse applications, including use in combination with a vehicle or device having at least first, second, and third support areas adjacent to a windshield or other surface needing cover and/or protection. The invention is used, when installed in relation to these support areas, in a first position adjoining the first support area for protection of the windshield or surface; and is used in at least a second position, adjoining the third area as a covering, adjoining support over this area. The invention is provided with a mesh attached to a support frame having extension parts positioned outboard of the mesh; and at least one hinge support. At least one coupling or articulator attached to the support frame and corresponding mate attached to the first area; and at least another coupling on the frame with corresponding mate attached to the third area.
Abstract: A gyroscopic, arcuate and multi-positional reflector and Cinematograph, or cinematographic reflector, is disclosed which in hand-held embodiments reflects an image or motion-like illustration or image along an arcuate viewing field by virtue of a repeating sequence where an acute angle and dihedral relationship of opposing reflective and viewable image surfaces provides a perceptible image at diverse sight lines and tiltable positionings of the invention. And in mechanized, stationary, multi-panel embodiments, utilizes the same repeating sequence and critical reflective angle between image and reflective surfacing to provide an event viewing area along one or more perceptible sight lines of a viewer or user.
