Abstract: A knife for cutting fibrous insulation batts in a single motion with one hand consists of a blade having a smooth, curved edge adapted to both compress and cut the insulation batt along the entire length of the curved edge without tearing the insulation batt and a handle permanently and non-movably attached to one end of the blade.
Abstract: A steam distribution device for a steam humidification system is a source of steam, a horizontally mounted steam dispersion element for receiving steam from the source of steam and for dispersing a portion of the steam into an air stream, a horizontally mounted jacket partially surrounding the steam dispersion element and unconnected to the source of steam for maintaining the temperature of the steam dispersion element at about the temperature of the steam, the jacket being in flow communication with the dispersion element and receiving steam from the dispersion element, and a condensate collection element separate from the source of steam and connected to the jacket for collecting condensation from the jacket.
Abstract: A blade stabilizer device for a heavy-duty material handling demolition tool for shearing and crushing scrap material which includes a lower jaw connected to the boom structure of a hydraulic system of an excavator and has an upper jaw pivotally connected and closeable upon the lower jaw at a pivot point. The blade stabilizing device consists of a wear guide pad supported by the lower jaw adjacent the pivot point slidably engaging the upper movable jaw to keep the upper jaw in close engagement with the lower jaw. The wear guide pad is mounted behind the pivot point. A second wear guide pad may be mounted in front of the pivot point on the opposite side of the upper jaw to cross-brace the upper jaw.

Abstract: A foldable compact molded stroller and trailer with flexible hitch comprises a rigid plastic molded shell with a rear axle end for supporting two large diameter wheels and a front fork end removably supporting alternatively a front wheel for use in the stroller mode and a trailer cycle hitch assembly attachable to the frame portion of a cycle for use in the trailer mode. The rigid plastic molded shell is conformed into a side-by-side two child holder seat portion with side, rear and front portions for substantially enclosing two forward facing children. A foldable handle is attached to the rear portion of the shell for use in stroller mode. The trailer and stroller combination further includes a foldable roll bar to add further protection of the children. The trailer cycle hitch assembly includes a flexible cycle hitch attachable to a bicycle's rear adjacent horizontal and inclined frame rods.
Abstract: A combine dust eliminator attachable to the feeder housing of a John Deere carbine consists of an elongate dust eliminator housing having a pair of dust discharge chutes at either end. The dust discharge chutes are swingably mounted on the dust eliminator housing and may be swung upwards toward the center of the dust eliminator housing for access to internal parts. Mounted on each dust discharge chute is a dust curtain which hangs downwardly outside the sides of the combine feeder housing. The dust eliminator housing is swingably mounted to the top surface of the combine feeder housing and tilts upwardly and forwardly to allow access to the combine feeder housing. Locking devices hold the dust eliminator housing in horizontal contact with the feeder housing while in operation. Within the dust eliminator housing is a shaft having a driven rotating fan at each end, near the dust discharge chutes.
Abstract: A multi-color border cling decal suitable for application to a smooth surface comprising a long strip of translucent film wound into a coil or about a core. One side of the translucent film is flexographically printed with a multi-color border design then covered with a very thin layer of varnish. The continuous process for making the border cling decal comprising the steps of: (1) flexographically printing a multi-color design on one side of an unwinding roll of translucent film; (2) covering that design with a very thin layer of varnish; (3) winding a predetermined length of printed and varnished film about a core.
Abstract: A four-legged female wild game decoy for attracting like male game on the ground includes a vertical support, which may simulate a forward leg, mountable to the ground. A body is pivotally mounted to the vertical support and is appropriately biased in a substantially upright horizontal posture. The body has a rear hip portion supporting a pivotally mounted tail and a foldable rear leg suspended therefrom. A body posture adjustment mechanism is provided for raising the tail and lowering the hip portion to simulate a squatting urination posture for the game decoy.
Abstract: A collapsible portable bale shaped field blind for wildlife observers and hunters generally includes a cylindrical and collapsible tubular frame supported upon a sled-like base. The frame, when fully extended, has a cylindrical shape much like that of a hay bale. In a collapsed shape, the frame is completely folded down suitably into a sled base. The frame has a camouflage waterproof fabric fastened there over and cooperates with the folding of the frame. A stand-up hatchway which is covered by a camouflaged arcuate door frame is pivotally mounted on the top of the collapsible frame. A stretch cord is provided which biases the arcuate door frame into either the fully open or fully closed position. Windows and viewing slots are also provided.

Abstract: A performance enhancing and force absorbing dental appliance adapted to lie within the mouth of an athlete consists of an occlusal posterior pad made of triple composite material with a base having a top layer of impressionable material, an intermediate layer of hard material and a somewhat impressionable bottom layer, engageable with the occlusal surfaces to space apart the upper and lower teeth, to absorb shock and clenching stress. An adjustable arch adapted to expand and contract to be molded to the palate is provided connecting the posterior pads together within the mouth and out of the way of the tongue to maintain the position of the occlusal posterior pads within the mouth during use and to prevent loss of the pads such as by swallowing. An optional expandable stiffener may be embedded in the arch. Optional protrusions extend from the bottom layer through the intermediate layer and top layer to engage the central fossae of the molar teeth.
